Akibat bencana ini sangat besar tidak hanya merusak infrastruktur tetapi tidak jarang menimbulkan korban jiwa. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem untuk memantau bencana tanah longsor berdasarkan parameter curah hujan, kelembapan tanah, serta pergerakan tanah. Ketiga parameter ini telah dilakukan analisis karakteristik berdasarkan daerah penelitian yaitu di Desa Sijeruk, Kecamatan Banjarmangu, Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah untuk mendapatkan nilai ambang batasnya. Selain itu, sistem juga dapat memberikan peringatan dini secara real time dan lokal berdasarkan tingkat kerawanan rendah, sedang, tinggi dan ekstrim. Teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) diimplementasikan dalam penyimpanan data dan komunikasi pengiriman data. Arduino berperan sebagai publisher dan layanan Thingspeak sebagai broker serta penyimpan data. Sedangkan smartphone pengguna sebagai subscriber yang menampilkan grafik data dan tingkat kerawanan bencana tanah longsor. Hasil menunjukan data parameter curah hujan, kelembapan tanah serta pergerakan tanah dapat terkirim dengan baik. Sistem peringatan dini juga dapat mendiseminasikan informasi tingkat kerawanan longsor ke masyarakat desa setempat. Hal ini dapat ditinjau dengan banyaknya transportasi elektrik yang menggunakan motor listrik modern sebagai penggerak elektrik. Salah satu jenis motor listrik modern sebagai penggerak elektrik adalah motor BLDC (Brushless Direct Current). Motor BLDC memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti konstruksi yang sederhana, mudah mengatur kecepatannya serta memiliki torka yang besar, dan memiliki efisiensi tinggi. Motor BLDC memiliki kelemahan, diantaranya sistem kontrolnya yang rumit. Akan tetapi memiliki kelebihan khusus yang mampu melakukan pengereman secara regeneratif. Pengereman regeneratif dapat meningkatkan efisiensi karena pada saat terjadi pengereman, energinya bisa disimpan ke batere. Penelitian ini mengusulkan metode sederhana untuk melakukan efisiensi energi saat motor melakukan pengereman regeneratif, dengan mengatur besar kecilnya duty cycle untuk mengetahui pengaruh perpindahan energi pada motor BLDC ke sumber batere. Tugas akhir ini berkaitan dengan bidang biomedis yang menyajikan teknologi yang mampu membaca sinyal ketegangan otot untuk mendeteksi listrik yang ada di dalam otot manusia. Untuk adanya suatu aktivitas listrik pada suatu otot manusia dilakukan analisis terhadap rangkaian penguat sinyal. Sinyal ini mempunyai suatu amplituda yang sangat kecil maka dibutuhkan suatu komponen yaitu elektroda gel sebagai media untuk mendeteksi sinyal otot tersebut. Elektroda di tempelkan ke bagian otot yang ingin di ukur.
