This type of research is quantitative associative. The type of data used is primary data obtained through an observation and interview approach to rice farmers to explain the relationship of climate change to income, rice quality and technological changes made in the Prafi District of Manokwari Regency. And secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Agriculture and Food Security Agency of Manokwari Regency. The data collection method uses the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature methods. While the analysis method uses crosstabs analysis (cross tabulation). With the significance test using chi-square analysis. The natural limitations possessed by the islands region that constrained by some characteristics such as isolation, smallness, boundless, and fragmentation. The study analyzes the impact of port connectivity to the local economic development by taking the case in the island province (North Maluku) in east Indonesia. The analysis method using the panel data model of 9 residences in period 2010-2016 in which the indicators that used are GDP, roadway, port throughput, economic density, and also container port, sea-tollway as the dummy variables. According to the common effect, model shows that all independent variables have a significant influence on the GDP except roadway. While based on Hausman test suggest that random effect model is more appropriated than FEM of which the result shows that container port and sea-tollway have not a significant impact on the GDP. BPS data shows the ratio of job seekers is quite large and the number of vacancies is very limited (42 job seekers per 1 job). Competition between job seekers is getting stronger and depends on the background of applicant. In addition, the lack of job seeker background contributes to the longer a person gets a job. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research and data sources include primary and secondary data. The sampling method is convenience sampling, the number of samples taken is 99 respondents, the data analysis technique in this research is using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the level of education has a negative and significant effect on the length of work seeking. While age has a positive effect and income level has a negative effect on the speed of obtaining one's work, but both do not significantly influence the 95% level of confidence. Sinar Sowi. The data analysis method used is the Exponential Smoothing method by using forecasting error measurements namely Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD). From the data that has been analyzed, the writer can conclude that the use of alpha model 0.1 Exponential Smoothing method, the value of the Exponential Smoothing method, the value of Mean Square Error is 11,114,950 and the value of Mean Absolute Deviation is 962. The use of alpha 0.5 model Exponential Smoothing method, the value of Mean Square Error is 1,114,776 and the value of Mean Absolute Deviation is 305. While the use of the alpha 0.9 model is Exponential Smoothing, the Mean Square Error value is -9.374 and the Mean Absolute Deviation value is -28. Of the three existing alpha models, namely 0.1; 0.5 and 0.9, then what will be used in forecasting is alpha 0.9 because the error value is the lowest, namely the Mean Square Error of -9,374 and Mean Absolute Deviation is -28. From the calculation of concrete brick forecasting at CV.
