The purpose of this study is to see the trend of financial independence in the districts/cities in West Papua Province. The measure used to assess this is the ratio of regional financial effectiveness and the degree of fiscal independence. The data used is sourced from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia period 2010 – 2019. The results of the analysis show that the financial effectiveness ratio of districts/cities in West Papua Province has been very effective. The method used in this research is quantitative and descriptive. The analysis technique uses secondary data and uses simple regression analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik wirausaha dan pemilihan lokasi usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha kios sembako di Kampung Macuan Distrik Masni Kabupaten Manokwari. Jenis pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh wirausaha kios sembako dengan jumlah 46 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, pemilihan lokasi usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, dan secara simultan karakteristik wirausaha dan pemilihan lokasi usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. This analysis is needed in regional development planning which is closely related to the economic policy of a region. The basic sector is a sector that has great potential in determining the direction of development. The purpose of this study is to estimate or identify which sectors are the base sectors reviewed based on the 2015-2020 GDRP. From the results of the study, based on GDRP there are 15 sectors that are the base sector of the existing 17 sectors, and two of them are non-base sectors. The plan aims to maintain the development capital so that it can be managed as a source of regional income and also to improve the welfare of the community. On the other hand, the management of tourism objects can be used to improve the regional economy without the need to exploit its natural resources. This research was conducted at Manneken Park, an artificial tourism object located in Prafi District, Manokwari Regency. The study focused on the number of individual travel costs and the economic value of the tourism object using descriptive research methods with survey techniques involving 100 respondents as resource persons. By using the Individual Travel Cost Method (ITCM), the results show that the average travel cost is Rp. 692,120, - and the economic value of tourism objects is Rp. 6,925,795.703,-. This indicates that the economic benefits received by tourists to travel to the Manneken Park attraction are greater than the costs incurred. Dalam mengelola dana desa tersebut, selain peran pemerintah yang bertanggungjawab dalam mengelola dana desa, diperlukan partisipasi masyarakat sebagai pengawas langsung maupun sebagai pengelola. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Kampung Margorukun, Distrik Oransbari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan akuntabilitas finansial, transparansi serta partisipasi masyarakat di Kampung Margorukun Distrik Oransbari. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kampung Margorukun telah menerapkan prinsip akuntabilitas finansial serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dana desa. The research method uses path analysis techniques to explain the causal relationship between connectivity variables, inflation, economic growth, and poverty. The results show a negative relationship between inflation and economic growth, a positive relationship with economic growth, a negative relationship between economic growth and poverty, and a negative relationship between connectivity and poverty. This study aims to determine the perceptions of tourists about the condition of tourism products and the comfort of tourist visitors obtained during a trip to Sauwmyen Beach, Oransbari district, South Manokwari Regency. Frequency distribution analysis technique, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the IPA (Import and Performance Analysis) approach were used as analysis methods. Result showed that the availability of tourism product in the form of tourism attraction excitability and adequate facilities are not fully found at the location of tourist object, there for their result of data analysis show that respondents’ perceptions of tourism product at tourist object are less satisfied. Then according to reality then the comfort of tourist visitors while in tourist sites is less satisfied. The sample in this study was an auditor working with the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, representative of West Papua Province. The sample is selected based on purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 42 respondents and returned as many as 32 questionnaires. The data was analyzed using linear regression analysis with SPSS 21. The results of this study show that audit experience affects audit judgment auditors. Audit expertise has no effect on auditors' judgment audits. Compliance pressure affects auditors' judgment audits.
