{"title":"Sensitivity Effect of Thermal Expansion Coefficient on Combined Stress of Hot Forging Die","authors":"C. Stress amplitude is affected by the material properties, such as thermal expansion coefficient. In order to select die material for improving die service life, a 2D FE model is developed to analyze thermal, mechanical and combined stress of hot forging die with different level thermal expansion coefficient. Three kinds of stress distribution are explored. The results show that thermal stress is about 10 times than mechanical stress at the die cavity surface which is the easiest failure location, and approximate linear relationship exists between stress, including thermal and combined stress, and thermal expansion coefficient. For some applications which need a large working space, we mounted markers onto the ceiling. Two cameras are fixed onto the head-mounted displays (one captures the markers and the other captures the real scene). A logistic cost is an important indicator to measure the production efficiency of an enterprise. With strengthening the logistic management awareness, how to effectively reduce logistic cost has become a core mission. Using primary components analysis (PCA) and its advantages, influential factors on logistic cost reduction in enterprise material conveying is analyzed. On the basis of PCA model and scores by the experts, the authors computed some results that can reflect logistic cost reduction. Through case study, it can be seen that some factors play very important role and all the reasons should be taken into account because logistic cost reduction depends on the interaction of all the factors. The currently used encryption algorithm employed by the Bluetooth to protect the confidentiality of data during transport between two or more devices is a 128-bit symmetric stream cipher called E0. It may be broken under certain conditions with the time complexity O(264). In the proposed hybrid encryption algorithm, instead of the E0 encryption, DES algorithm is used for data transmission because of its higher efficiency in block encryption, and RSA algorithm is used for the encryption of the key of the DES because of its management advantages in key cipher. Under the dual protection with the DES algorithm and the RSA algorithm, the data transmission in the Bluetooth system will be more secure. Meanwhile, it is clear that the procedure of the entire encryption is still simple and efficient as ever.
