摘要

本文在相关研究的基础上,通过对民营企业的实际调查,从薪酬、劳动强度与劳动时间、社会保险与福利、劳动安全与卫生、培训与职业前景、内部人际关系、合同与民主管理、工会工作等八个方面设计了和谐劳动关系的指标体系。然后运用层次分析法构建了和谐劳动关系的计算模型。利用该模型对两家民营企业的和谐劳动关系进行了计算。根据实证分析的结果,本文对构建民营企业和谐劳动关系提出了几点建议。
