In terms of global production, cotton is the foremost fiber crop. Current estimates for world production are about 25 million tons annually, accounting for 2.5% of the world's cultivable land. The top cotton producing countries include China, India and the United states respectively. India hosts 1/3rd of the global acreage of cotton but accounts for less than 1/5th of the global production. In India, over 6 million farmers have their lives dependent on cotton and about 40-50 million people are working in cotton trade and its processing. Cotton being the major cash crop of India, plays a dominant role in the industrial and agricultural economy of the country. But Cotton cultivators in India are marred by several problems, some of which are: non-availability of labor, high wage rate and inadequate technical know-how. This paper focuses upon our first step towards automating an important activity of agriculture i.e. sowing. Gaussian Doping is exploited on the Drain side suppressing the ambi-polar and off-state currents. The proposed device (DMG DP GaSb-Si NWTFET) is judged against a vanilla Silicon Nanowire TFET (Si- NWTFET). Both these TFET devices are analyzed for their DC and Analog Characteristics. The modified device exhibits a much superior ON-current, OFF-current and Subthreshold Slope (SS) along with improvements in trans-conductance (gm), parasitic capacitance, Cutoff frequency (fT), transmit time (td) and the Gain-Bandwidth Product. The improved device is optimized for gate metal workfunctions and Pocket Doping Concentrations. A large number of vehicle accidents are caused by driver drowsiness while driving. As with many drowsiness detection methods, EEG-based methodology is considered an immediate, efficient, and promising modality. Several feature types have been used in EEG-based drowsiness detection. In this study, we presented a novel feature extraction strategy based on a single Hjorth parameter, and compare its classification capability with the existing Power spectral density (PSD) feature. The results show that the proposed H-parameter features have higher and stronger performance compared to the PSD features of the present work. This field outperforms traditional feature extraction strategies. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of interconnects in order to predict the output of design. In this paper, back-propagation feed forward neural network (FFNN) technique is employed for performance prediction of driver-interconnect-load (DIL) model. Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) algorithm is used as the training algorithm. The neural network model provides faster prediction when compared to the traditional performance analysis method. Also the proposed method works closely with the simulation methods thereby depicting the accuracy of the developed model. The dataset used for training of neural network (NN) is created using HSPICE. Performance parameters considered are delay and power dissipation. Performance of algorithm is evaluated for detection and classification of different PQ disturbances which include sag in voltage, swell in voltagel, momentary interruption (MI), oscillatory transient (OT), impulsive transient (IT), notch, spike and harmonics. This is established that performance of algorithm is better compared to Stockwell transform and ruled decision tree supported algorithm. The comparative analysis between SVPWM and SPWM is made in the linear region of Modulation Index. The analogous relationship between the modulation indices for SPWM and SVPWM is presented here. Besides this it is also shown that Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is lower for SVPWM technique than SPWM technique. Analytical results were developed to demonstrate Symbol Error Rate (SER) performance. The simulation results revealed the benefit of selecting the MRC scheme instead of SC and EGC which were applied to combine the multiple received signals from selected relays .The effective Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) for all the wireless channel links are calculated and multiple relay selection is done by choosing relays having maximum effective SNR.
