Diabetic complications are mostly associated with condition of vascular penetrability that affects different tissues & kidneys, retina, nerves which involve the body organs. The aim of study was to assess the prevalence of micro and macro diabetic complications and risk factors of diabetic patients. The prospective observational study was conducted in Raghu Diabetes and general clinic, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. A sample size of 200 subjects was recruited for the study. The study was conducted from December 2020 to May 2021. Patients with age group of 30-90 years and diabetic complications were included in the study. Patients below 30 years of age were excluded from study. The patient details were collected using questionnaire form. It contains sociodemographic data and medical history including smoking, alcohol, family history of diabetes mellitus, and treatment and management of diabetes. The statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS version 25.0. The study results showed 1.5% of patients had more than two co-morbidities, which was significantly higher among elderly (5.04%), females (5.2%) and urban residence (6.31%), physical inactivity (3.15%) and house wife (2.1%). Main outcome measures Incidence, time and risk factors of hemorrhoids and fissures. Our current research was done in Nangarhar Reginal Hospital Gyn/ Obs ward from June -2020 to June -2021. \u0000Results: In total 90 (50%) female patients have developed perineal diseases (Hemorrhoid, Anal Fissure. The most vulnerable times were 3rd trimester about 60 (66.6%), Second trimester 20(22.2%) and in the first month after deliver 10(11.11%). \u0000From these Patients Investigation shows that 65(72.2%) only suffering from hemorrhoid and 15(13.5%) has both hemorrhoid and anal fissure. 80 female undergone Vaginal delivery and 10 remind has undergone of caesarean section. Risk Factors for Perineal illness during pregnancy was Constipation, Straining throughout delivery for more than 20 mins and baby weight >3900gr. \u0000Conclusions: Hemorrhoids and fissures remain mutual throughout last trimester of pregnancy and one month afterwards delivery, through constipation, individual past of hemorrhoids or fissures, birth weight of new >3900 g, straining throughout delivery for extra than 20 mins being self-sufficiently related risk factors.

In view of high therapeutic potential, detailed HPLC based quantitative studies was carried out on C. gossypium bark, which contains significant levels of Naringenin. \u0000Results: The chromatographic separation was performed on the stationary phase, based on different retention mechanisms due to hydrophilic and hydrophobic interactions between compounds and stationary phase. In total, 24 different polar extracts were generated by soxhlet and ultrasound extraction methods from the two bark samples which were collected from Jaipur town (Telangana state) and Trichur town (Kerala state). \u0000Conclusion: The highest Naringenin content (0.59%) was found in the methanol + chloroform (1:1) extract (E8) generated by direct Soxhlet extraction of C.gossypium bark collected from Jaipur (Telangana state).Naringenin was isolated from a non-citrus plant for first time from Cochlospermum gosspyium and more significantly it is isolated in large quantity. It was obtained in 99.9% purity as shown by LCMS.
