In this study, an algorithm, based on the methods used in Shazam ’s audio fingerprint technique and hash functions, was developed to recognize multimedia audio files by using MATLAB software, and it was tested against noise factor of different levels. Experimental results have shown that the developed algorithm gives successful results against the noise factor. In addition, it has been understood that the preferred hash function technique has revealed satisfying results in comparison with the conventional techniques.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"127 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127884705","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Feature extraction is a fundamental process in pattern recognition. the shape and texture recognition system consists of five major tasks which are involved pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction, classification and recognition. GENERALLY, less discriminative features in global and local feature approach leads to reduce in recognition rate. By proposing a global and local approach that produces more discriminative features and less dimensionality of data, these problems are overcome. Two feature extraction methods are studied namely Gabor filter and edge direction matrix (EDMS) and combination of two popular feature extraction methods is proposed The proposed method is a combination of Gabor filter and EDMS method which applied to reduce the dimensionality of data. this collaboration aims to make use of the major advantages each one presents, by simultaneously complementing each other, in order to elevate their weak points. By using classifier approaches such as random forest, the proposed combinative descriptor is compared with the state of the art combinative methods based on Gray-Level Co-occurrence matrix and moment invariant on two benchmark dataset MPEG-7 CE-Shape-1, Enghlishfnt. The experiments have shown the superiority of the introduced descriptor over the GLCM moment invariants from the literature.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"119 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133580884","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although many studies have been done in the literature on this subject, a method that fully solves the problem has not been revealed due to the flexible structure of HTML. The performances of the methods that show success at certain rates also decrease over time with the changing and developing Web structure. In this study, a browser extension was developed to automatically download text content on Web pages. This developed extension provides an output with 100% recall rate by cleaning the text content on the Web page from all tags and codes with a parser that utilizes the Document Object Model (DOM) structure. This browser extension that operates independently from the language has been tested on different types of popular Web sites in Turkey and has been shown to work successfully.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128045805","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is an even bigger challenge to move away from manual dependency and shift towards automation of production processes. There seems to be no general agreement among researchers on what are the critical success factors (CSFs) on the implementation of advanced automation and robotics processes in the manufacturing environment. Success factors vary across the manufacturing industry and also organizational units. This paper attempts to elicit the opinion and perception of academic professionals with links to high volume labour-intensive manufacturing industry. A systematic literature search was conducted on the topic and semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts to gather their views on CSFs. Results from the literature search and interviews revealed that factors related to Organization Strategy, Culture, and Structure; Top management support; Past experience, staffing, and learning; Project management, planning, and control; Finance, and resource availability; Technology maturity and vendor support; to be critical for the success of the production process automation project initiatives. Findings from this study can be used as guidelines to ascertain CSFs for organizations and strategy planning. Manufacturing organizations can also use this study to evaluate their organizational readiness and enhance the level of automation further.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115333737","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research addresses the problem of data selection based on the energy consumption pattern using correlation analysis and hypothesis test. It also employed the use of Cuckoo Search Optimization algorithm (CSO) to improve Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) by replacing the Gradient Descent (GD) algorithm in the backward pass of the classical ANFIS model. The aim is to improve the forecasting error and enhance the forecasting time. Based on the conducted experiment CSO parameters for optimal performance of ANFIS were determined and utilized. Based on the results obtained it is observed that CSO-ANFIS with proposed data selection produced low Root Means Square Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE).","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122649163","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The intermediate nodes should be able to communicate between them to send and receive the data with ability using at any time and anywhere, the mobility of the intermediate node between the source and destination gives us unstable topology maybe the connection between the nodes will be break often. Therefore, the strategies to design any wireless depend on path routing and protocol selection. In this paper we study and evaluate the effect of mobility on the routing protocols DSDV, AODV and DSR in two different scenarios, the density of nodes and different area in NS2.35 simulation by using three performance metrics in the evaluating the routing protocols are Average Throughput, Packet Delivery Ratio and Average End-to-End Delay.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124213336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

All of these sites have meta-data information containing the type of station such as urban, rural or industrial according to the location of the corresponding station or the characteristic specialty of the surrounding region. The classification of these stations under certain categories is an important process because if the type of station is known, the institutions that provide environmental auditing will transfer the resources appropriate to these regions and adequate control will be provided about the air quality for them. For this purpose, it was aimed in this study to determine to which class to be assigned when a new station is to be set up by taking into account the past pollutant concentrations and meteorological factors. In the experimental studies, different classification algorithms and their ensemble models are compared with our ensemble learning model \"Enhanced Bagging (eBagging)\" to classify 21 sites in the air quality monitoring network of Turkey. As a consequence, the eBagging ensemble learning algorithm combined with C4.5 significantly outperforms single classification models and their ensembles by better classifying the monitoring stations in terms of the air pollutant concentrations and meteorological data.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125423251","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
