Electronic components which are assembled on the surface are used on the printing circuit board. However, due to need for high capacitance value, through-hole mounted capacitors require to be used. Pressing is performed on the legs to increase the solder surface area of the capacitor. Offsets caused by pressing or production of the capacitor block the assembly process. There-fore, this process is achieved manually. In order to increase the production quality and production rate, it is suggested that the capacitor should be placed on the printed circuit board using a vision algorithm based on the difference between the capacitor legs with the center point of the gripper. Edge detection algorithm was developed to obtain offset value to send information to the robot. In this way, the set point has been defined on the robot workspace. As a result of the study, it is shown that capacitors can be placed on the printed circuit board with the desired sensitivity by measuring the offset values of them. As a result of the error analysis, it is observed that offset values were not within the tolerance range if the developed algorithm usage is not considered.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125517239","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tang was first considered the father of organic electronics, since he found the organic light emitting diode (OLED) in the 1980s. Tang later broke ground to produce organic solar cells with his OLED research [2]-[3]. Subsequent studies investigated organic electroluminescence, organic photovoltaic cells, effective transistors that received organic thin film, and organic transistor models were developed [4]-[6]. It is the result of a wide variety of applications, such as virtual reality and intelligent surveillance systems, so that the system is based mainly on the detection of objects or moving objects. Due to the great success of the Foreground/Background Separation algorithms by decomposing the low-order matrix recently, we propose a new real-time incremental algorithm based on Low Rank and Total Variation (TV) model while simultaneously eliminating various noise. In this research, the proposed algorithms applied to solve multiple problems, such as Dynamic Background, Variation Background, with time. Also, we used real or online videos that will allow the adaptive modeling method to automatically remove noise and detect foreground (or intruder) on such scenes. The background modeling challenges in videos do not involve environmental differences such as lighting or weather changes. To check the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithms, we have experimented with real-time videos. Analytical experiments and results show the ability and efficiency of our method as well as the low computational cost of our proposed algorithms.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129351928","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, both for the use of microservices and for the provided of the necessary interface for Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), a web-based platform has been developed. Within firstly the scope of the study, a Turkish ASR system was developed. A web service structure was created to facilitate access to the ASR system. The access of methods and data in the web service structure was provided through Representational State Transfer (REST) web services and service layer. An interface was developed to enable interaction with the web service. The platform was developed using a combination of different technologies such as ASR, web services, microservices, and interface technologies. The developed platform can be used via a standard web browser or an Application Programming Interface (API). In this study, Docker packages were used to improve system performance instead of using different virtual machines on a single server. In the experiments performed, it was shown that the Turkish ASR system had a word error rate of 24.70%. In web service performance tests, it was shown that the platform responded in an average of 9.6 seconds for a 59-second speech recording. The developed user interface was tested in both mobile and desktop web browsers and was shown to function properly. Applications and other services were given access to the platform without the need to use an interface via API support provided by the platform. As a result, a web service-based Turkish ASR platform working seamlessly on the ever-increasing number of mobile devices, the Internet of Things ecosystem, or other access devices was developed.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"03 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127335457","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result of the contraction and relaxation of the muscles, myoelectric signals are formed and movement is provided. EMG signal is obtained by measuring these signals with electrodes. By processing EMG signals, human movements can be imitated and used in many different areas.The human hand can perform many combinations of hand gestures thanks to the different mobility of the fingers. For this reason, it can be easier for the prosthetic hands to perform different hand gestures by moving the fingers independently. In this context, the aim of the research is to propose a model by processing EMG signals so that finger gestures can move independently. EMG signals were acquired using myo armbands. Data set was created with 5 finger gestures and resting hand gestures. The data set was filtered, the part where the gesture was performed in the preprocessing was determined and the windowing process was applied. The classification process was performed by eliminating the features of the EMG signals. In the 100 ms 50% overlapping window, 95.8% classification success was achieved by using the SKNN method with the EWL feature. When the experimental results were examined, it was observed that a successful model was created.In this study, a model for prosthetic arm control was proposed by processing finger data. This model is feasible for prosthetic arms and it is estimated that the functionality of the prosthetic arm will be increased by processing finger data.","PeriodicalId":166917,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications (HORA)","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127456931","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
