Hemp is suitable for biofuel production as a profitable crop with a wide range of uses. For the purpose of the study, the authors assessed the influence of agrotechnical factors on the productivity of sowing and quality indicators of hemp seeds for the production of solid fuel in Latvia. The Polish hemp variety “Bialobrzeskie” and the Latvian hemp variety “Pūriņi” were evaluated for application of 3 doses of nitrogen fertilizers. Analyzes are used, which are classified as systemic, statistical and comparative. Research methods are applied: generally accepted in crop production, field and laboratory – to clarify the interaction of the object of research with agrotechnical and natural abiotic factors; calculated and weighted – to determine the productivity of crops; calculation and comparison; mathematical and statistical (dispersion) – for assessing the probability of research results. It was determined that for fibrous hemp, the dry matter yield of the stem ranges from 6.5 to 11.0 t/ha, and the seed yield is 0.7-1.4 t/ha. The productivity of hemp significantly depends on agrotechnical factors, in particular, on the variety and application of fertilizers, because these component technologies significantly affect the yield and quality indicators of seeds for the production of solid biofuel. The hemp variety “Pūriņi” is less productive than the hemp variety “Bialobrzeskie”, even with the use of N100 nitrogen fertilizer dose. The dose of nitrogen fertilizers affects such energy parameters as ash content and the highest calorific value. The research revealed a significant (Р<0.05) influence of the trunk fraction on productivity, the highest calorific value and ash content. The scientific novelty is that the impact of the variety and doses of nitrogen fertilizers on productivity, including the energy properties of hemp, has been evaluated, and the practical value is in the improvement of the technology of growing hemp by correctly selecting the variety and optimizing the dose of nitrogen fertilizers to create high-quality products for heating and use of waste-free technologies","PeriodicalId":166850,"journal":{"name":"UKRAINIAN BLACK SEA REGION AGRARIAN SCIENCE","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128926611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Accordingly, the issue of using modern accounting tools for agricultural enterprises, which largely depends on the implementation of the scenario of digital development of rural areas of Ukraine, in particular, the development of digital infrastructure, is gaining relevance. The purpose of the article is to investigate the current trends in the digitisation of the accounting of agricultural enterprises and their impact on the management of business processes in today’s conditions. The research uses the dialectical method of cognition and general scientific techniques and principles of complex research, which include empirical, theoretical-cognitive and general logical methods, in particular: observation, comparison, description, generalization; analysis, synthesis, analogy and abstraction; systematic approach; monographic; comparative analysis. The article examines the benefits of using information technologies in the activities of enterprises in the agrarian sector and identifies factors that slow down the process of its transformation. It was established that the development of an agricultural enterprise based on the digitalization of management processes requires a significant amount of time for implementation, which is associated with making significant investments in the acquisition and support of technologies, as well as training employees in new professional skills. The innovations of the modern information space that can be used in the business environment for the digital transformation of business, in particular for the purpose of productive organization of accounting processes, are considered. The generalized results and formulated conclusions can be applied in the practical activities of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises in the context of the use of the formed information base of technologies, online services, specialized applications for the digitalization of accounting processes, reporting, taxation, as well as the determination of critical factors for slowing down the use of digital technologies, which will contribute to the overall transformation business processes of economic entities of the agro-industrial complex","PeriodicalId":166850,"journal":{"name":"UKRAINIAN BLACK SEA REGION AGRARIAN SCIENCE","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117240340","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Однією з основних причин патологічних процесів в організмі людини, яка викликає передчасне старіння й розвиток багатьох захворювань, у тому числі серцевосудинних і онкологічних, є накопичення вільних радикалів, що підтверджено численними дослідженнями, які проведено останнім часом [1-3]. Для підвищення імунітету організму людини та захисту від багатьох захворювань раціон харчування повинен містити в достатній кількості активні природні речовини антиоксидантного ряду. Незважаючи на невисоку енергетичну цінність, плодоовочева продукція відіграє важливу роль у житті людини, оскільки в ній міститься 10–20% біологічно активних речовин. Тому необхідно, щоб у добовому раціоні доля свіжих плодів і овочів складала не менше 50% [1, 4-6]. Виробництво продуктів харчування, що містять біологічно-активні речовини, сприяє підвищенню антиоксидантних властивостей організму. Аналіз актуальних досліджень. Цінність консервів із плодів чорної смородини зумовлена високим вмістом аскорбінової кислоти та поліфенольних речовин. Всебічне вивчення складних деталей участі аскорбінової кислоти в обміні речовин показало, що їй належить одна із найвідповідальніших ролей у процесі всього циклу розвитку плоду, від утворення до відмирання, роль безпосереднього учасника","PeriodicalId":166850,"journal":{"name":"UKRAINIAN BLACK SEA REGION AGRARIAN SCIENCE","volume":"329 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134327736","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
