The foundation of this research paper is to enhance the retinal images which can furtherance in early detection of the disease. The enhancement methodology is framed by hybrid use of Gabor filter, median filter, and mean filter. This hybrid approach is accomplished with altered mathematical equations. The detailed working of the adopted methods have been deeply explained in the research paper with algorithms. This severe infection will lead to the various deadly diseases that can infect the liver of an individual completely. Therefore, it is very crucial and become a necessity to detect or identify this Hepatitis B virus at the very first stage or at an introductory stage. by doing so, the life of an individual can be saved for good. Hence, the main purpose of this research effort is to propose an intelligent system that assists in the identification and diagnosis of the Hepatitis B virus in stage 1. This medical diagnostic system is proposed by using the neurofuzzy technique. The input variables or linguistic variables that are used in this study are HBsAg, Anti-HBs or HBsAb, Anti-HBc or HBcAb, HBV DNA and Anti-HBcAg-IgM. Similarly, the output variables of this system are no HBV, acute disease or chronic disease. This hybrid system has been developed by using software named as MATLAB. The diverse parameters that assist in the evaluation of performance are also determined by using the observed values from the proposed system. Beginning with the basic telephony provided by BSNL, a public sector company, the telecom industry today is not just for providing the calling facilities; it includes services like 3G, 4G, 5G broadband, Netflix, amazon-prime, online payment banks, 24 hour recharge facilities voicemail, ringtones, easy bill payment services and much more. Internet is just one of the important additions to the services. While many big players in the private sector came on the scene and disappeared, others struggled to survive through mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of the business models in the wake of competition. Sometime back Reliance Jio offered free Internet and Voice usage as pre � launch offer and grabbed the customer's attention. This all came as a big game changer in the telecom industry as customers have multiple options and the telephonic and data service providers face new challenges to cope up with the situation. It is estimated that a large number of new customers coming into the mobile fold come from the underprivileged geographies with sub-optimal telecommunication infrastructure and poor connectivity; their prime preference is for low call tariffs and several other value added services like information about markets, commodity prices, weather forecasts and the ability to transact business in their regional languages. The sharding process that have database servers which takes the load of the request which are being sent into it, serve must have some kind of user id and each of the database is serve by one database server, with the advent of cloud computing, scaling database systems has become an affordable solution, making speed scaling, or horizontal distribution, a viable scalability option. If applications prefer standard relative database technology and have to Scale with mass data. Because sharding relevant databases in the public cloud is especially useful Used pay-per-view models, which already include licenses, and virtually unlimited high-speed delivery servers. Our goal is to create a catalog in the form of a database scalability pattern that involves accelerating data between database clusters nodes can be used using hash partitioning techniques to better balance loads between database servers. Growing with them is a road traffic jam. Traffic jams, especially at peak hours, became routine. As a result, traffic management is one of the foremost pressing issues in today's towns. Several alternatives are being sought to affect the matter. These include expanding road networks, regulating the number of vehicles on the roads, and deployment of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITSs). Aside from the ITSs, the opposite alternatives (however significant) have many practical challenges in their implementation. ITSs have supported a good range of technologies like loop sensors and video surveillance systems. Vision-based ITSs have proved advantageous over the standard methods supported loop sensors. In these modern systems, video surveillance cameras are installed along the roads and road intersections where they're wont to collect traffic data. The info is then analyzed to get traffic parameters like road traffic density. This paper presents a comfortable and stylish approach for estimating the road traffic density during daytime using image processing and computer vision algorithms. The video data collected is first weakened into frames, which are then preprocessed during a series of steps. Finally, the vehicles are detected and extracted from the pictures and Density estimated. The traffic density is then obtained because of the number of vehicles per unit area of the road section.
