Because the most adverse effects and carcinogenic influences are generally associated with extremely low EMF and radiofrequency, the majority of in vitro and in vivo studies is focused on cellular responses activated under these conditions. Only few studies had been realized on the biological effects or health risks of intermediate frequency (IF) fields. In this study, SH-SY5Y and T98G cell lines were exposed to 86 kHz IF-EMF for 30 minutes at 3 mT or 1.5 mT, respectively. To analyze IF- EMF impact on metabolic and mitotic activity of human neural cells, various biochemical and biological methods were used. IF- EMF exposure did not induce any significant changes in cell viability and proliferation as well as in DNA damage. The modelling of the electromagnetic field strength in 80-3000 MHz frequency range in the proximity of the near-field probe was performed. The -6 dB aperture boundaries of the magnetic near-field probe were determined for adaptive scanning height systems in the distance range of 1-15 mm for both X and Z axis. Mainly, it deals with short-time sags of energy delivering or/and influence of non-linear loads on the power supply network [1]–[4] without a change of a phase position of the supply voltage. Application of combine techniques of dynamical voltage restorer (DVR) and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) makes possible the voltage sags compensation. This needs a fast control method which can provide a voltage recovery for phase-sensitive loads during a few/several calculation steps, so, the dead-beat regulator is used. Used differential equation system is given. Experiments with the model using simulation system AnyLogic are carried out. Experimental results based on the research of information distribution in different regions of Russian Federation are shown. Using cluster analysis, the typology of locations into statistically homogeneous groups is made. An accurate model showing the dependency of dynamic characteristics shown by information distribution in social networks of different clusters from the median that characterizes the number of network user \"followers\" is constructed. The feedforward control structure with an adaptive feedback loop improves the dynamic properties of the entire inverter. It also ensures higher resistance of the regulation structure against changes of the input variable. The control structure has been designed for traction converters that are supplied with voltage from the traction dc bus which is characterized by significant rises and falls. It may occur especially during transient events, for instance, locomotive’s drift in pull or when the locomotive changes its mode from a drive to a brake mode and vice-versa.However, this theory and principles of the regulation structure can be used also in other types of DC/DC converters. Its main feature is separation of data plane and control plane levels, as well as support of specified requirements for the quality of service (QoS) of network applications. The aim of this work is the development of intelligent adaptive routing algorithm in SDN with support QoS. Proposed algorithm based on using a composite LARAC metric in that the bandwidth can be constant and the effect of transmission delay varies depending on the control coefficient. To implement the algorithm comparative analysis and experimental research of different neural network architectures were carried out.
