The proposed system detect individual learner's bottleneck in real-time while posing a problem and adaptively provide a personalized task based on the bottleneck found. It is aimed to support the learner in overcoming the bottlenecks and gaining a better knowledge of the structure of the problem. In Monsakun, these bottlenecks are commonly identified as a frequently use of a particular dummy. When the dummy can be identified, it might be the principal factor to help learners to overwhelm their difficulty. The proposed system formulates problem-posing processes from the history of learner's actions, detecting the bottleneck, generating a new task setting, and providing a personalized task to the learner. This study applies the combination of 2D Gabor wavelet with morphological reconstruction on fundus images for obtaining segmented retinal blood vessels. The proposed approach is validated on sixty colour retinal images taken from two database, i.e. DRIVE and STARE. The performance of this study is evaluated by measuring sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. On DRIVE database, the accuracy which is obtained by the proposed approach is up to 95.87%. While on STARE database, the accuracy obtained is 89.46%. GIS discuss about spatial data that consists of several objects including points, lines, regions, rectangles, surfaces, volumes, and the all data representation of an object on earth. Graph-based clustering techniques are extremely useful because many real word problem domains have a natural graph representation. This research focused on case GIS for family empowerment post (POSDAYA) which is one of the programs for improving the quality of human beings, especially in achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in Indonesia that has a priority on family-based poverty reduction. The results are the GIS framework model that use three components such as graph clustering, layering, and the view of data properties. As the result, many accounting curriculums have been mandating that process modeling languages and skills be introduced and taught to future system analysts accounting students. The purpose of this research is to empirically seek whether a suitable business process model can be used that is easily understood by users. Furthermore, the present study strives for potential contribution from itself whose result can serve as the input for teaching in information-system oriented subjects in accounting curriculum. To achieve the objective, comparison was made between UML 2.0 Activity Diagram with BPMN grammar to seek potential future adoption for better and understandable process modeling language. Meanwhile the earlier hypothesis was BMPN with its advantage on wider symbol number, the results showed that, despite showing only slight differences in results, UML 2.0 Activity Diagram can be more easily understood by the user compared with BPMN. This study propose to classify epilepsy and normal Electroencephalogram (EEG) signal. Stages in the decision-making was done by using a feature extraction and combined with Wavelet Transform (WT). The result from features extraction was implemented dimension reduction method by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithm. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) was implemented using result from dimension reduction stages as features. In this work, 1000 data has been used as training data and 600 data has been used as a data testing. In this experiment, the dataset consist of two sets (A and E) from non-epileptic people and epileptic people. A set of corner points of digital image is examined in order to construct polygon vertices which describe approximated contour of the digital image. Further, we construct the approximated polygon in the form of a string of ordered line segments using those corner points. The line segment is represented using 8-connected neighbor freeman chain code. Characteristics that will be compared are vision and mission, curriculum, lecturers, and graduate profile. Twenty-one universities were taken as the samples of the study, consisting of three public universities and eighteen private universities. The results of the research showed that public universities were better than private universities in term of vision and mission, curriculum, and educational background of the lecturers. Moreover, bifurcation point of the segmented blood vessel images will be determined. The data used for this research was obtained from fundus image database of DRIVE (Digital Retinal Images for Vessel Extraction) dataset. The preprocessing phases contain of several steps such as green channel extraction, histogram equalization and optic disc elimination. Meanwhile, the segmentation phase was performed by combining two filtering methods. These methods are median and derivative of Gaussian filter. Median filter was used to reduce the noise on retinal fundus image such as hard and soft exudates as well as dot and blot hemorrhages. Combination of these two filtering methods were also employed to determine the bifurcation point of segmented blood vessel image. The bifurcation points and the result from blood vessel segmentation were among two of the unique parameters of retinal fundus image. Socio-economic development in the zones that have the characteristics of commodity goods generation production requires the alignment of infrastructure and means of transportation variables. More wider zone development would require a very large matrix form. The simulation model of transportation movement distribution that has been built up from matrix method of gravity model algorithm will facilitate and develop the more wider each zone interaction and more complex variables. One of the reasons is the fraud in business processes cannot be detected early. Responding to that issue, this research proposes a method for detecting fraud on business processes in the bank credit application. This method uses Hidden Markov Models and activity information recorded in the event log. Hidden Markov Model that used for calculating probability possibility of fraud based on the event log. The results show that HMM method can detect fraud appropriately.
