Overcoming these obstacles, among others, can be facilitated through simple experimental practice activities to plant hydroponic plants to facilitate independent learning, creativity, and collaboration of students with parents. This community service activity was packaged through online training through the Zoom web meeting platform for three sessions, including training material presentation sessions, independent practice of hydroponic planting experiments with the wick system technique, and reflection and follow-up plans. This activity was attended by Elementary School (SD) students and their assistants spread across three Cities/Regencies in East Java, including Surabaya City and Sidoarjo Regency. Participants in this activity are urban communities with limited land, so they are technically suitable for hydroponic planting activities. The experimental practice phase was carried out starting from seeding to nurseries by utilizing training packages in starts and hydroponic planting assistance modules. During the training preparation, implementation and evaluation, participants showed high enthusiasm. Based on the reflection and follow-up of this activity, it is constructive to develop independent learning and collaboration between students and parents. Sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peserta didik dan wali kelas XII SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Pesantren Tebuireng. Strategi manajemen diri dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan persiapan diri dalam membentuk manajemen diri yang baik dengan menerapkan metode perencanaan diri (self-management), metode perencanaan karir (career management), dan metode dalam pemecahan masalah (problem solving skills). Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dua jenis kegiatan yang berlangsung bersamaan pada tanggal 21 dan 22 September 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, metode pelatihan ada tiga tahap yang dilalui dengan identifikasi, sosialisasi dan evaluasi. Tindak lanjut dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMA A. Banyak Daycare terutama di Kecamatan Lidah Wetan yang belum memiliki pengasuh yang kompeten untuk anak karena pendidikan terakhir sebagian besar pengasuh adalah SMA, bukan lulusan dari Prodi Pendidikan anak usia dini maupun orang yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi dari Lembaga baby sitter. Hal ini berdampak pada pendidikan dan pengasuhan yang diberikan pada daycare cenderung tidak terarah, sehingga perlu dilaksanakan proses pelatihan untuk caretaker daycare yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai cara pengasuhan pada anak usia dini. Pelatihan untuk caretaker daycare diberikan kepada para caretaker daycare yang ada di Kecamatan Lidah Wetan. Metode yang dilaksanakan adalah diskusi, ceramah, simulasi, evaluasi. Teknik pengambilan data untuk mengukur pretes dan postes menggunakan angket melalui google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan N-GAIN SCORE. Hasil perhitungan rata-rata selisih nilai postes dengan pretes sebesar 0,71, menunjukkan kategori tinggi. Beberapa fenomena yang terjadi adalah timbulnya rasa cemas, stress, depresi dan gangguan mental lainnya, kondisi demikian lazim terjadi pada usia siswa SMP dehingga butuh diberikan edukasi dan pemahaman melalui layanan BK agar bisa diantisipasi dengan baik dan mencapai tahapan perkembangan dengan baik. PKM dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan terbimbing serta memfasilitasi uji coba penerapan terapi EFT pada konselor sekolah. Mitra kegiatan mencakup 40 konselor perwakilan sekolah SMP, SMA, SMK di kabupaten Lamongan Jawa Timur. Salah satu cara pemanfaatan limbah botol plastik ini adalah digunakan sebagai media untuk menanam. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan limbah botol plastik untuk menanam TOGA. Metode pelaksanaan program Pemanfaatan Limbah Botol Plastik sebagai Media dalam menanam TOGA melalui kegiatan berbentuk Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan selama bulan Mei 2022. Sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan, perlu dilakukan perencanaan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan untuk mewujudkan program sesuai target capaian yang telah direncanakan. Tahapan metode pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini berupa taman desa. Taman Desa di Desa Medalem merupakan Taman umum skala kecil yang berisikan sedikit tanaman hias dan Tanaman Obat Keluarga yang diletakan di rak kayu. Berdasarkan hasil angket, pemanfaatan limbah botol plastik dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, serta pemanfaatan limbah botol plastik juga bermanfaat bagi lingkungan di Desa Medalem. The Kraton Village area has also indicated that there are educational institutions that have begun to invite studies whose directions are indicated to influence the community on invitations that lead to a reduction in the sense of nationalism towards the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The partner's condition is currently in a state of crisis of Pancasila values due to the radicalism that is developing around the partner area. Therefore, it is important for partners to provide more knowledge regarding the importance of Pancasila values in everyday life, but partners also experience obstacles in disseminating information more quickly and effectively to the public due to lack of knowledge about digital technologyThis study aims to provide training on the development of digitalization of local wisdom based on mobile apps which can later be used by the people of Kraton Village to disseminate information related to Pancasila values more effectively and efficiently. Various Majapahit relics can be seen with the existence of Majapahit heritage temples in Mojokerto, there are Brahu Temples, Bajang Ratu, Rat Temples, Dentong Temples, Segaran Ponds. There is also a trowulan museum. In the field of arts and culture there are dance and music arts as well as crafts such as sculpting and metal crafts. In order to preserve all these cultures, it is considered necessary to include culture in the school curriculum both in subjects (local content) and extracurricular such as arts and culture and the existence of outing classes or learning outside the classroom to get to know the original culture of Mojokerto, the legacy of the Majapahit kingdom. PKM with the theme of Culture-Based Education Management Training in Mojokerto is expected to be able to contribute to the city of Mojokerto in terms of developing culture-based education. In this case, PKM activities are centered in Ir. Soekarno is small and the Wayang Museum which is part of the history and culture developed by the Mojokerto city government as a Center for Education and History Tourism. The output of this PKM activity in addition to the Workshop in Mojokerto, the results of this PKM will also be recorded as an ISBN book and scientific articles will be compiled to be published in the National PKM Journal. The technology transfer provided in this PKM is the development of the school curriculum in Mojokerto City by adopting a Culture-based curriculum. In its implementation, PKM from UNESA MP Masters invited art and culture teachers and elementary school crafts in Mojokerto City to provide strengthening of Culture-Based Education Management.
