The working frequency of it is in L band, which provides a good ability to resist rain and snow attenuation. Even in bad weather, it can ensure reliable communication. Compared with the traditional M2M communication service, The IsatData Pro provides a larger capacity and faster data communication capability and it provides two modes of communication: terminal-to-network communication and terminal-to-terminal communication. The IDP terminals are satellite terminals that use the IsatData Pro service. There are several terminals available for selection, among which IDP690 is suitable for buoy system because of its small size, light weight and low power consumption. A marine buoy is designed by using IDP690 as communication unit. Because the joint axes of the robot designed in this paper are perpendicular to each other, and the robot is driven by wire rope, the traditional D-H matrix method applied to the robot with the connecting rod cannot directly carry out the kinematic analysis. Firstly, the traditional D-H method and the elastic body constant curvature deflection theory are applied to the kinematics modeling of the wire rope driven tandem joint robot, and the mapping relations of its driving space, joint space and operation space are analyzed. Secondly, the three-dimensional working space is drawn in MATLAB, and a prototype is prepared. Finally, the principle prototype test was carried out, and the linear error at the end was less than 2.5mm. In this paper, we propose a tracking method based on Parallel Tracking and Verifying (PTAV). Firstly, we replace the fDSST tracker with a better performance tracker ECO-HC. Then we add self-test mechanism for the tracker, which include backtracking check using forward-backward overlap rate and multi-peak detection mechanism. At last, we modify the parallel framework between the tracker and the verifier in the PTAV, so that the algorithm can get timey feedback about the abnormal information. We perform experiments on the benchmark OTB-2015. In order to obtain the influence of cable thermal expansion on cable internal stress under different bending radii, some thermomechanical coupling finite element models of 220kV high voltage cable bending are established. Set the cable to work under the rated current load, the conductor temperature reaches the maximum allowable operating temperature of 90 °C. Solve the thermomechanical element model with bending radius of 15 times, 20 times, 25 times, 30 times, 35 times, 40 times, 45 times and 50 times of the outer diameter of the cable. The results show that the stress and strain in the middle part of the copper conductor and the aluminum sheath are the largest, and the intermediate ends are gradually reduced. The stress and strain of the insulating layer, the semi-conductive water layer and the middle portion of the outer layer are the smallest, and gradually increase from the middle to the both sides. The maximum displacement and bending radius produced by thermal expansion of the cable are linear; The maximum cable stress and strain decrease with increasing bending radius and are in a power function relationship. This paper presents a definition of word similarity by utilizing mutual information of adjoining words, and gives the definition of word set similarity based on word similarity, and puts forward a bottom-up hierarchical word clustering algorithm which can get global optimum. Experimental results show that the word clustering algorithm is of high executing speed and have good clustering performances. Most existing studies focus on identifying emotion of the text’s author. In this paper, we are concerned with the problem of predicting reader’s emotion response from the text content of news article, aka social emotion prediction. Social emotion prediction can not only be used for analyzing people’s reaction to news events, but also help news producers to forecast the underlying influence of their unpublished news articles. We propose a hierarchical LSTM network with attention mechanism to identify the relation between news article and evoked emotion of reader. Compared with existing word-level and topic-level methods which don’t consider the order of words, our method with hierarchical LSTM structure is more efficient to construct the news article representation. With attention mechanism, our method can also find out readers’ emotion reaction to specific word or phrase and generate social emotion lexicon.
