An adaptive interference cancellation method based on least mean square (LMS) is proposed to eliminate the DC offset in this paper. Compared with the method of filtering the DC offset by using a high-pass filter, the LMS algorithm has low latency and low implementation cost. The method is implemented and verified on the field-programmable-gate-array (FPGA) platform by hardware description language. This passage mainly describe the spreading trend of opioid crisis between five states/counties and analyze the important social and economic data of America to identify some important influential factors. In this way, an optimized spreading model based on cellular automata with the combination of life-cycle graph of the four stages in spreading process can be achieved and the exact starting point of each state can be known. The assigning process has problems such as low efficiency and poor standardization. Aiming at these problems, We propose an auto-assignment model (AMM) of service orders for IT service management systems. Based on the actual business scenarios, the AMM model focuses on several factors such as attributes of service orders, responsibilities of roles, interests of candidates, load of candidates, social relationships between candidates, and attendance information of candidates. In addition, based on the auto-assignment model, we propose an auto-assignment method of service orders based on rule reasoning (AAM-RR). In this dataset, CT images (in five modalities) and corresponding ground truth created by combining manual annotations are provided. We use shortcut connections in the architecture, which performs as a residual block. In the meantime, to reduce the overfitting caused by the scarcity of training data, we use elementwise-sum and concatenation in the network. We also use the dice coefficient and the Jaccard index to assess our model. Our architecture can be applied to ischemic segmentation and detection of CT images easily by choosing suitable hyperparameters. In this paper, distributed power flow controller is applied to improve the small signal stability of the power system. In order to ensure the distributed power flow controller to control the flow of the target line in the small signal stability range, a method for determining target parameters of distributed power flow controller is presented. This method combines power flow calculation model with active power optimal dispatch and small signal calculation. And an integrated scheduling equation with small signal stability constraints will be formed. Solve this equation to get the control target parameters of distributed power flow controller. Meanwhile, the PSASP is used to simulate and verify CEPRI7V7 system with the distributed power flow controller. When the main power supply was cut off, the lithium battery pack continued to supply power and ensured that the output remained stable during the switching process. Used LTC4359 and MOSFET to build switching circuit, realized stable switching of power supply-battery, battery-power input and make system anti-backflow. The AD7280A was used to collect each lithium-ion battery voltage and temperature and the current sampling circuit was used to accurately measure the battery parameters. Based on this, the battery voltage was used as the equilibrium criterion to achieve battery equalization; and combining open circuit voltage (OCV) method with ampere-hour integral method for SOC initial value correction and estimation. In order to solve the above problems, this paper develops an automatic monitoring and early warning system based on 3D-MEMS acceleration sensing and NB-IoT transmission technology. It includes intelligent sensor acquisition subsystem, data transmission subsystem, photovoltaic self- powered subsystem, data reception and analysis subsystem. Moreover, the successful on-site application of the Hong'en Temple Tunnel entrance slope in Chongqing, China, shows that the system can stably collect and transmit multi-source monitoring data, and the data change trend is consistent with the slope actual state.
