Hypovolemic patients with hematemesis melena usually experience nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. This study aims to describe nursing care for hypovolemia in patients with hematemesis melena.\u0000Methods: This research method uses a case study design. Data collection started from assessment to evaluation in the Kasuari ward of Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital in December 2021. The hematemesis melena patient was observed or treated for at least two days. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using narrative analysis.\u0000Results: assessment of Mr. P with the main complaint complaining of vomiting blood for ±10 days, abdominal pain, weakness, black stools for ±10 days, and urinating for five days. The nursing diagnosis in the case of Mr. P is the actual diagnosis with priority hypovolemia related to functional fluid loss (D.0023). Nursing intervention for Mr. P was compiled based on the diagnosis of hypovolemia using pharmacological techniques such as antibiotics.\u0000Conclusion: The patient showed a not-so-significant decrease because the patient still had time to vomit blood and bloody stool.

It is also reported to be of interest regarding potential qualitative changes in the subjective experience of sexual activity following changes in penile anatomy (removal of the foreskin) or related sexual biomechanics. Circumcision indeed has psychological, psychosocial, and psychosexual effects. The differences in circumcisions performed during infancy, childhood, and adulthood are remarkable. There are also potential psychosocial effects on parents who may or may not choose circumcision for their children. We argue that additional attention should be paid to the potential for long-term effects of the procedure, which may not be appropriately considered when the patient is an infant or child.

According to data from the Central Statistics Agency for 2019, the number of contraceptive uses of all types in East Java was 66.24 percent, lower than in 2018, 67.88 percent. The number of contraceptive methods used at BPM Kiswaniyah for postpartum women in 2021 is higher than Long-Term Contraceptive Methods, which is 90 percent, compared to the MKJP method, which is only 10 percent. This study aimed to determine differences in the effectiveness of using the WHO Wheel Criteria and Decision-Making Assistance Tool (ABPK) in the selection of contraception by postpartum mothers. Methods: This research is a type of pre-experimental research, using a post-test-only control group design approach to determine differences in the effectiveness of using the WHO Wheel Criteria and Tools. The location of this study was at BPM Kiswaniyah during the time of the research from July to September 2022. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers (0-40 days), totaling 40 people. The independent sample t-test formula is used when the normality and normal distribution of data is tested to find the difference in the mean value between one group and another.\u0000Results: Data analysis A significance value of 0.002<0.05was obtained, which can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the effectiveness of using ABPK and WHO Wheel Criteria in the selection of postpartum\u0000Conclusion: contraception.ABPK and WHO Wheel Criteria have the same effectiveness in helping clients when choosing contraception after giving birth.
