Welfare services for the elderly in general can be said to be still new. This is because the priority given to the elderly population has only recently begun to be considered. Objective To find out the effect of Health Education on Posyandu Elderly Against Motivation and Family Attitudes to Accompany Elderly to Posbindu, Sinorang Health Center, Batui Selatan Subdistrict, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi. \u0000The design used in this study is true experiment. The population is all families with the elderly. The sample size was 40 respondents using Simple Random Sampling technique. The independent variable of research is health education. The dependent variable is Motivation and Attitude. The aim of the study was to have a relationship between the behavior of eradicating mosquito nests and larvae in Paleleh Village, Paleleh District, Buol District, Central Sulawesi Province. \u0000The design used in the study was cross sectional. Population is all families. The sample size was 168 respondents using Purposive Sampling techniques. Independent variable research is behavior. The dependent variable is the larva mosquito free number. Objective To find out whether there is Effectiveness of Raw Garlic Consumption on Decreasing Hypertension in the Elderly in the Binontoan Health Center Work Area.The design used in the study was a pre-experimental post-test pretest. Population is All Seniors in the Binontoan Health Center Work Area. A large sample of 67 respondents. Using the Independent Variable Purposive sampling technique. The dependent variable is blood pressure. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then the data were analyzed using paired tests with a significance level of α ≤ 0.05.The results showed that nearly half of the respondents had severe hypertension before the intervention as many as 33 respondents (49.3%), moderate hypertension with age> 65 years as many as 20 respondents (29.9%). severe hypertension with female gender as many as 21 respondents (31.3%). moderate hypertension after intervention as many as 42 respondents (62.7%). severe hypertension with elementary education as many as 16 respondents (23.9%). severe hypertension by not working as many as 16 respondents (23.9%). have severe hypertension with no disease as many as 24 respondents (35.8%). The impact of a stroke greatly depends on the location and extent of the damage, and age. Patient motivation and support from the family is very important to increase self-confidence to treat patients after stroke. If the family cannot treat stroke patients, then the family can experience anxiety and have an impact on the health of stroke patients. Objective To find out whether there is an influence of health education on the care of stroke patients on family knowledge and anxiety in Mokoyurli District General Hospital, Buol District. \u0000The design used in this research is pre-experiment. The population is all families with stroke patients. The sample size was 32 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable of research is health education. The dependent variable is Knowledge and anxiety. Data were collected using a questionnaire, then data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test with a significance level of α ≤ 0.05. \u0000The results showed that almost half the respondents had less knowledge before the intervention as many as 15 respondents (46.9%), good knowledge after the intervention were 19 respondents (59.4%), anxiety who were before the intervention were 17 respondents (53.1 %), mild anxiety after the intervention were 17 respondents (53.1%). Hypertension that occurs for a long time and continuously can trigger a stroke, heart attack, heart failure, and is a major cause of chronic kidney failure. For those who have these risk factors should be more vigilant and earlier in making prenventive efforts, for example, compliance control or routine blood pressure control, supervision and scheduling routine medication more than once during a Home Visit, and try to avoid triggering factors Hypertension. Objective To find out whether there is an influence of Home Visit on Compliance in Taking Medication in Elderly Hypertension in Gadung Public Health Center in Buol District.The design used in this study is Pre-experimentation (One Group pre-posttets design). The population is all elderly with hypertension. The sample size was 38 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable of the study is the home visit. The dependent variable is medication adherence.
