Ladder diagram is the most adopted programming language for PLC control. Process sequence and flow charts can be used for simple PLC ladder diagram design. For complex PLC controls, state diagrams have been proposed for PLC ladder diagram programming. However, state diagram method has some limitations. In this paper, based on the analysis and design techniques of digital systems, we proposed a new PLC design approach. In this method, first we need to identify the functions of datapath and controller and the inputs/outputs of both. Second, Algorithmic State Machine(ASM) charts are used to draw the state transitions for the controller. Finally, a ladder diagram is designed from the ASM chart. However, reliable estimation of sleep scores from wearable sensor data only is challenging. In this study, we investigated the estimation of sleep score using only features available from single-channel ECG or single-channel EEG data. We used partial correlation and conditional permutation importance for feature selection; then compared extreme gradient boosting, artificial neural network, and sequential neural network for developing a regression model for sleep score estimation. TabNet- an attention-based deep sequential learning model achieved the best performance of RMSE = 5.47 and R-squared value of 0.59 in the test set for sleep score estimation using only spectral features of single-channel EEG. However, in hydraulic wind turbine drivetrains, the displacement ratio of the hydraulic machinery reduced the inertia experienced at the generator. Restoring this inertia requires a direct connection of a large flywheel to the rotor of the generator. This paper introduces the modeling and control of such a system. The rotating mass of the storage is mechanically coupled with the rotor of a doubly-fed induction generator. The drivetrain decouples the shaft of the turbine from the shaft of the generator to provide independent control of their angular velocities. Full control over the speed of the generator and its flywheel provides a means to charge and discharge the energy storage, on-demand. Consequently, the quality of power generated by wind turbines improves as the power fluctuations, imposed by wind speed intermittencies, reduces. The structure of flywheel energy storage (FESS) can be simplified and the supporting power electronics and its dedicated motor-generator can be eliminated. Only in hydraulic drivetrain systems, such integration and save of the components is possible. Two supervisory controllers are introduced and utilized using the fuzzy logic regulator to determine the output power reference. Furthermore, small-signal analysis is provided to investigate and improve the speed of tracking the maximum power point. However, there is no cure or treatment for patients with AD; thus, it is important to detect this disease at an early stage to improve patients' lives qualities. Several studies have been proposed to detect and differentiate between different AD groups, although most of these works only focused on differentiating between healthy people and people with Alzheimer's. These studies also did not identify the most reliable biomarkers to provide more accurate results and did not use the best hyperparameters to provide optimal results. To address these issues, we developed a model that leads to a better performance in differentiating between healthy people (cognitively normal), people with mild cognitive impairment, and people with Alzheimer’s disease. For this purpose, we combined a stacking-based ensemble learning, consisting of four traditional classifiers, with a hyperparameter tuning technique, a genetic algorithm. The model was evaluated in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. A three-electrode sensor was fabricated from copper tape using laser etching process. The sensor was connected to a custom designed and programmed printed circuit board to measure the sensor response through electrochemical techniques for a large variation of chemical ion concentrations. The electronic circuit can perform cyclic voltammogram and chronoamperogram tests. After calibration, the measurements can be wirelessly transmitted to a smartphone and enables the user to view post analysis results including the analyte concentrations. The T-peel and stretch deformation tests were used for studying the adhesion strength and the stress distribution in the overlayer copper, respectively, to understand the stability of the attached copper on Kapton polyimide substrate. Commercially available copper tape and Kapton polyimide were employed to form the BL-FC/KP-S. An adhesion strength of 1.29 kg/in was measured between the flexible copper tape and the Kapton substrate using a T-peel test method. In this paper, we will expand on publicly known cloud data breaches, how they were carried out, where the implemented security controls failed, and the effects of the breaches. The goal of this study is to design, develop and evaluate an end to end trainable convolution neural network (CNN) which can learn homography and affine transformation’s controlling parameters. The trained model can be used for registering unseen image pairs to provide a better-quality image registration.
