Currently, the chemical inertness and toxicity of some of the substances that make up the panel have not been studied. The paper considers a used polycrystalline solar panel for the study of the integral toxicity of individual components. These components are polymer materials EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) and Tedlar (polyvinyl fluoride). The signals used had a high level of noise, since their registration was performed using a wearable device in adverse conditions. Therefore, much attention was paid to cleaning the signal from interference. To obtain blood pressure estimates, a combination of two machine learning algorithms with different approaches to data analysis was used, in particular a one-dimensional convolutional neural network and a fully connected direct propagation network. Fragments of the photoplethysmogram signal were fed to the input of the convolutional network, and a set of features calculated according to the cycles of the PPG were fed to the input of the direct propagation network. The analysis of these modules is the basis for the formation of a business plan for the research start-up AI2Media, created to effectively support the user in the field of media communications based on hybrid artificial intelligence. The difference between the proposed project and others lies in its systematic nature. The project covers the entire value chain of a media product.
