This strategy is implemented by storing as many popular web objects as possible on the cache server. All web objects stored on a cache server are called cached data. Requests for cached web data on the cache server are much faster than requests directly to the origin server. Not all web objects can fit on the cache server due to their limited capacity. Therefore, optimizing cached data in a web caching strategy will determine which web objects can enter the cache server to have maximum profit. This paper simulates a web caching strategy optimization with a knapsack problem approach using the Ant Colony optimization (ACO), Genetic Algorithm (GA), and a combination of the two. Knapsack profit is seen from the number of web objects that can be entered into the cache server but with the minimum objective function value. The simulation results show that the combination of ACO and GA is faster to produce an optimal solution and is not easily trapped by the local optimum.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132526499","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This information will help users in terms of saving search time, effort, and fuel (money). Currently, parking space detection methods are divided into image detection and non-image detection methods. Non-image detection is not completely good, even some of its implementations require demolition of roads or buildings. In addition, the maintenance required for non-image detection can be more expensive, so the image detection method was chosen in this study. The system is designed by first converting the image into the HSV color space. The conversion image is then given the CLAHE process on channel V of HSV. The next step is to transform the image dimensions with perspective transformation in the area which is the parking lot slots. The transformed image covers the parking slots that will be detected. Then, from the transformation image, the status of each parking lot slot is detected by utilizing the auxiliary circle in each slot. The results of this process are then shown as the availability information for parking space users. The results of the identification trial of this system showed a great success rate of 99.28%.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123033395","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This system requires a database that contains the orbital parameter information of every artificial object orbiting the earth. The purpose of this paper is to design a database model by applying the DBLC method for the artificial space object surveillance system. Data sources are from a satellite catalog and bulk-TLE of all active and decayed objects derived from the Space-Track. Those data are aiming as input for the real-time surveillance system of re-entry artificial space objects and the web-based informative catalog of all artificial space objects with their properties. The result of the design is a relational database consisting of 7 tables and 6 relations. Hopefully, this design can assist in developing a surveillance system of artificial space objects and the orbital database information system for all objects registered in NORAD.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123937673","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tracking fires requires not only a fire sensor, but also a combination with other methods that can optimize the process. Fuzzy does not require a mathematical model of the system to be controlled. This is one of the advantages so that the design of the controller is easier to do by relying only on logic rules. Fuzzy system in this study has inputs in the form of error and delta error resulting from processing angle degree sensor robot and fuzzy output in the form of duty cycle used to set the speed of the right and left wheels of the robot towards the fire point. From the tests conducted, the average rise time was 1.8 seconds, then overshoot of 19.5% and was able to reach steady state with a time of 3 seconds. The robot was also able to track and extinguish fires with an average success percentage of 99.5% of 10 tests per room, with an average time in room 1 of 4.5 seconds, in room 2 of 10.4 seconds, in room 3 of 16.4seconds, and in free room of 4.9 seconds.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123974634","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper studies the possibility of implementing the FPV system in an existing dam in Karangkates, Malang District, East Java, Indonesia. The possibility of implementation is studied by simulating the energy output of PV systems using Solar GIS Pvplanner. The water surface area of the dam was found around 10,500,000 $text{m}^{2}$. By considering 50% of the total area would be used for FPV system, about 560 MWp capacity solar panels would be possible to be installed. The annual energy production by FPV system would be around 721.2 GWh. The FPV system can be hybridized with the existing hydropower plant in Karangkates dam.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116109547","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

HPS utilizes renewable energy as the main source combined with a diesel engine generator as a backup energy source. The renewable energy used can come from solar energy, wind energy, and others. Sebotok Village, located in Labuhan Badas sub-district, Sumbawa regency, West Nusa Tenggara province, is an isolated area that uses 4 diesel generator units as a source of electricity generation. The purpose of this research is to identify potential renewable energy resources (wind and solar) and to develop a design and analysis of the economic feasibility of HPS in the region. The design & feasibility analysis of the Hybrid Power Plant was carried out using the Hybrid Optimization Model of Electric Renewables (HOMER Energy) simulation. This system is a combination of Wind/PV//Diesel, battery, DC/DC converter, and DC/AC inverter. The simulation results show the configuration of 160 kW PV, 160 kW PV Inverter, 100 kW diesel generator, 24 battery units, and 10 kW Converter with a dispatch strategy of load following. The configuration has the lowest Cost of Energy (COE) value of 0.139 ${$}/mathrm{kWh}$ and the lowest Total Net Present Cost (NPC) of ${$} 1.06$ Million. Meanwhile, the sensitivity simulation shows that the COE value is most influenced by the price of diesel fuel, the cost of PV, and solar radiation, respectively.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"133 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127307507","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This caused pedestrians to have the most potential risk than other road users, such as motorcycle drivers or car drivers. To support Autonomous vehicles (AV) toward a higher level of independence, AV needs to recognize pedestrian and behavior related to it. Our proposed method utilizes a deep learning approach to predict pedestrian behavior using eight pedestrian input features with three frame values: five frames, ten frames, and 15 frames. Each number of frames is consists of four models, with one hidden layer, two hidden layers, three hidden layers, and four hidden layers. To improve the deep learning model, we conduct hyperparameter tuning, including hidden layer parameters and a number of frame numbers. Our model can predict pedestrians to cross or not cross using eight input features, with the best model using a number of frames values ten combined with three hidden layers. The resulting model prediction accuracy is 94.77%, and the model prediction loss is 0.18%.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116385369","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The travel duration is affected directly to citizen activity during the day. Government tends to try solving the problem by developing new road for migrating the road capacity. Traffic management is the new needs to overcome congestion due to overcrowding and overcapacity. The current management system still utilizes information obtained from various entities on the road. Observation of conditions and situations on the road becomes very subjective. However, there are potential technologies that can be utilized to help the existing problems. With these problems and opportunities, there is in providing traffic density information that is more objective utilizing the latest technology. The development of various types of information system adaptation and the use of technology is able to provide information on a regular basis. Machine learning as a form of technology development that is being optimized, can solve the information needs typical of traffic control. Based on the needs, the technology application related to traffic management get higher overtime. This study aims to examine the trends of the technology application on traffic classification for traffic management using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method.
