Persada Selaras Indonesia found several problems, one of which is why SPHC-PO material is used in the production of Bump Stopper and what is the production process. Stamping Sheet Metal Press is used in the production process using the Blanking+Draw process and the Triming+pierching process. Based on the process of making a Bump Stopper, this practical work has the goal of knowing the working process of a Stamping Press machine. The methods used in this Job Training are processes by observing, summarizing, and recording data from sources and hard copies from PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia. After carrying out the methods systematically, we get some results from this practical work, including being able to make a product using a Stamping Press machine and knowing the flow of the production process in the automotive part industry. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksananaan pekerjaan pembangunan dinding penahan tanah, serta mengetahui alat dan bahan apa saja yang digunakan pada pembangunan dinding penahan tanah pada proyek preservasi jalan Cirebon - Palimanan – Sumedang. Dalam metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah terdapat lima tahapan pekerjaan diantaranya yaitu Pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan bored pile, pekerjaan pembesian, pemasangan bekisting, pengecoran dinding penahan tanah, dan pekerjaan akhir. Adapun untuk bahan-bahan yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah (retaining wall) yaitu menggunakan beton fc’30 Mpa slump 12+2, multiplex plywod dengan ketebalan 18 mm, besi/baja tulangan sirip D25 BjTS 420A dan besi/baja tulangan polos D19 BjTP 280. Sedangkan alat-alat yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah (retaining wall)  yaitu meliputi : drilling rig machine, excavator, dump truck, truck mixer, tandem roller, truk pengangkut, bar bender, bar cutter, alat alat ukur, mesin las, dan lain-lain   Abstract  The construction of a retaining wall on the Cirebon – Palimanan – Sumedang road preservation project is an avalanche handling work that occurred at the location point KM 68+500. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of carrying out the construction of retaining walls, and find out what tools and materials were used in the construction of retaining walls on the Cirebon - Palimanan - Sumedang road preservation project. In the method of carrying out retaining wall work, there are five stages of work including preparatory work, bored pile work, ironing work, formwork installation, retaining wall casting, and final work.As for the materials used in carrying out the retaining wall work, namely using fc'30 Mpa slump 12+2 concrete, multiplex plywod with a thickness of 18 mm, iron/steel reinforcing fins D25 BjTS 420A and plain iron/steel reinforcement D19 BjTP 280. The modernization of Span Irrigation is carried out because the age of the irrigation system is decaded old, causing reduced water service performance due to narrowing of the enbankments, sediment and groundwater infiltration in the Cipelang Main Canal. The use of material for contruction that is on the ground surface of this irrigation canal is by using a concrete floor (partition floor) which aims to reduce the water loss factor in the Cipelang Main Canal. The techninal work for making concrete floors is carried out in a Cast In Site manner, meaning the type of concrete casting work on site or directly in the workplace. The Partition Concrete Floor work in the Cipelang main canal aims to reduce the water loss factor so that it can increase the efficiency of irrigation water use. Partition Concrete Floor use K-175 concrete quality with cast in site technical work, not using precast concrete. Based on downtime data, the largest machine downtime value is found in the Raw Mill, so the Raw Mill machine becomes the object of research. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Raw Mill machine in the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The method used is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to measure machine effectiveness and loss factor analysis with the Six Big Losses method. The results found that the average OEE value in 2022 was below the international OEE standard of 85%, namely 78% for Raw Mill Plant 10 in the 2019 period and 74% in the 2022 period. The low performance of the Raw Mill Plant 10 machine is caused by the breakdown loss factor and the reduced speed loss factor. The root causes found are lack of mechanical training and lack of control for spare parts. Along with that attendance is also not only done manually, but can help by using information technology. Attendance carried out at the Office of the KB Sub-District of Pengingkiran is still done manually, namely employees fill in attendance with signatures as well as the time of arrival and departure time. So, there are still a lot of problems when using the manual attendance system, such as not entering without information, coming and going home from the office not according to regulations, leaving the office during working hours and not knowing the leadership and there are still many problems caused. Amanah Jaya Persada is a company engaged in the manufacture of automotive parts, precision parts, jigs & fixtures, molds & dies, casting parts, fabrication and manufacture of tools for other industrial needs. PT. Amanah Jaya Persada manufactures Vertical Shaft Mixer Parts using conventional lathes and CNC Milling machines. In the process of making Part Shaft, the process of measuring the initial diameter of the material, making a sketch of the size of the workpiece, and the process of making the CNC Milling program code. The purpose of this research is to find out the production process time for Vertical Shaft Mixer Parts on Conventional Lathes and CNC Milling Machines, to understand the types of program codes on CNC milling machines. The research stages were carried out from the observation stage, problem formulation, literature study, field practice, data collection and data analysis, followed by material specifications, Conventional Lathes and CNC Milling Machines. The results showed that the production process for the Part Shaft Mixer Vertical using a conventional lathe required machining time of 33 minutes 6 seconds, while for a CNC milling machine it took 14 minutes 6 seconds. The purpose of this research is to find out how management functions are implemented in broiler chicken farms and to find out how production results are after the implementation of management functions in broiler chicken farms. The research location in this study was the location of the plasma farmer AS Putra 2 Cirebon in Bantarjati Village, Kertajati District, Majalengka Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques go through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The data validation technique used is source triangulation. The results of this study, namely the implementation of management functions on broiler farms at PT AS Putra 2 Cirebon consists of several scopes, namely the scope of PT AS Putra 2 Cirebon, the scope of production, the scope of broiler chicken farms, and the scope of plasma breeder cages. Each scope has implemented management functions properly including Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling.
