Based on the process of making a Bump Stopper, this practical work has the goal of knowing the working process of a Stamping Press machine. The methods used in this Job Training are processes by observing, summarizing, and recording data from sources and hard copies from PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia. After carrying out the methods systematically, we get some results from this practical work, including being able to make a product using a Stamping Press machine and knowing the flow of the production process in the automotive part industry. 摘要
在 PT.Persada Selaras Indonesia 公司在开始实践时发现了几个问题，其中之一就是为什么在生产防撞塞时使用 SPHC-PO 材料以及生产工艺是什么。在生产过程中使用了冲压钣金压力机，采用了冲裁+拉伸工艺和切边+冲压工艺。本实务工作以制作防撞器为基础，旨在了解冲压机的工作流程。本次岗位培训所使用的方法是通过观察、总结和记录来自 PT.Persada Selaras Indonesia 公司提供的资料。在系统地执行这些方法后，我们从这次实践工作中获得了一些成果，包括能够使用冲压机制造产品，并了解汽车零部件行业的生产流程。 关键词：冲压机、SPHC-PO、汽车生产部门。
