The problem of the research is that many Chinese Muslim husbands do not know the provisions related to the family in the light of Islamic jurisprudence. The study reached the most important results: that domestic violence exists in general, but the traditional public opinion does not consider it violence, which may lead to its mistreatment. The most important reasons are due to the lack of knowledge of Islamic legal rulings among the Muslims of the region, and the lack of explanation of the forms of abuse in the use of the right of guardianship in the treatment of the wife. Rather, the directives consider them only. The study recommended highlighting this file with the work of Chinese scholars and advocates to study the conditions of the Chinese Muslim community towards Sharia rulings, review the defect in the case, and raise their awareness of the principles and purposes of Sharia. There are many difficulties and obstacles that stand as a barrier for investigation authorities in gathering evidence and investigations into this type of serious crime ,Where this study raises a problem and opinions that require exposure to it in order to solve it and focus on judicial jurisprudence and its inability or weakness in the face of this type of crime due to its secrecy and the difficulty of proving and gathering evidence with it, given the evaporation of information or programs that those responsible for this crime can use to erase data or any evidence against them. This study aimed to clarify what is meant by the Internet and what the information crime is, and to highlight the role of the police in confronting these crimes, the difficulty of their work, and the problems they face, especially in these crimes, as they are classified information crimes. The tax is applied to most transactions made on goods and services, except for the exceptions approved by the Federal Tax Authority, and the burden is borne by the consumer. Therefore, a slight increase in the cost of living can be expected, and this varies according to the lifestyle of individuals and their spending behavior. Not all companies will be required to register for the tax, only those whose revenue exceeds the revenue threshold. The study made the following recommendations: Preparing sufficient human resources in order to carry out the burdens of implementing the value-added tax and its calculations. And the opening of accounting institutes and university departments related to accounting and tax principles to localize these professions. For so long, they have been subjected to several Israeli attacks that costed them a large number of martyrs and causalities as well as huge damages to medical institutes and constructions. Basically, this study determines three main claims; the Protection of Medical Crews according to the International Law, the Prominent Stations that Highlighted the Role of Medical Crews in the Palestinians' Path of Struggle, and Sorts, Shapes and Statistics of Israeli Violations against the Palestinian Medical Crews. The researcher used the descriptive analysis approach. Moreover, the study came up with several results. Most importantly, confirming the importance of the position of the Palestinian medical crews and considering them as a vital part of the Palestinian national work and emphasizing that the Israeli occupation committed diverse arbitrary violations against those crews with impunity. The issue has been studied in light of the resolutions adopted by the Shari’ah Advisory Council, Bank Negara Malaysia (SAC-BNM) in this regard. The researcher used the descriptive research method on descriptive related studies to describe the issue, while the analytical method was used in analyzing the issue, critically discussing it, and providing solutions to it. Among the findings of this research are: The absence of Qur’anic verses and Prophetic hadiths that forbid the issue does not mean the ability to rely on the two resources i.e., interest and analogy (qiyas, Maṣlaḥah) in the permissibility of charging fees without restrictions. The guarantee corporations should only demand the amount of the debt they have paid on behalf of the borrowers. From the objectives, the course contents are derived, in addition to the fact that the lesson is organized on the basis of the objectives of the subject, and the compatibility between the objectives of the curriculum and the skills desired by the graduates is indispensable. As for the curriculum for the comparative religion subject offered by the Linguistics unit at the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, it has not been reviewed, although more than five years of preparation have passed. How much does it need an immediate review? This research focuses on surveying the opinions of linguistics graduates about the curriculum of comparative religions subject, with the purpose of revealing the compatibility of their objectives with the subject, while evaluating the appropriate solution to fill the gap by those who possess soundness in this regard. The researchers used the descriptive analytical methodology to the data obtained through the questionnaire and the interview.
