It takes 18 listed companies of culture industry in A share market as sample, carrying on empirical study of financial competitiveness based on factor analytic method. The result indicates that the cultural product manufacturing companies' financial competitiveness is strongest, next is the periodicals publishing companies'. Financial competitiveness of show business is relative weak. Analysis of influence factor shows that factor of profit ability is the most important element to effect financial competitiveness of culture industry.","PeriodicalId":160788,"journal":{"name":"2010 Third International Symposium on Knowledge Acquisition and Modeling","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-11-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121414688","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Then, taking a small high-tech enterprise as a case, we constructed its tacit knowledge transfer network with methods of SNA by using software Ucinet6.237 and Pajek2.0, and make quantitative research of the whole network, individual networks and clique analysis. Finally we put forward some optimization tactics for the tacit knowledge transfer network based our research results. The research shows that the SNA is an effective method for revealing the network structure of the tacit knowledge transfer, and it provides scientific decision-making bases for optimization tactics in order to improving efficiency of tacit knowledge transfer in an organization.","PeriodicalId":160788,"journal":{"name":"2010 Third International Symposium on Knowledge Acquisition and Modeling","volume":"311 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-11-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122941134","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So far, however, contributions to this topic almost exclusively considered the problem of person identification. This study describes an automated algorithm that classifies pig's abnormal gait by utilizing video analysis. The classification algorithm consists of three stages: i) Detection and extraction of the moving pig body and its contour from image sequences; ii) Modeling of pig's forelimb and Extraction of gait information by the joint angles and body points; and iii) Motion analysis and feature extraction for classifying abnormal gait. Eigenvectors were extracted by Fourier analysis on the angle sequence. Then, Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier is applied to classify normal-abnormal gait. The algorithm was tested on a set of 58 video fragments. The average classification rate was about 90%.","PeriodicalId":160788,"journal":{"name":"2010 Third International Symposium on Knowledge Acquisition and Modeling","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-11-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127756910","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When there is a linear correlation between demand and quality, the traditional wholesale price will not coordinate the supply chain. In this paper, the incentive-penalty contract is put forward under the linear demand, so the coordination can be achieved. The decision variables, such as price, quantity, and quality, are obtained.","PeriodicalId":160788,"journal":{"name":"2010 Third International Symposium on Knowledge Acquisition and Modeling","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-11-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127925451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, a set of concepts and models inspired by social network are proposed as tools which aim to be decision-making principles in human resource management. Firstly, generates fuzzy rules base using fuzzy clustering from numerical sample dates, and then simplifies the sample attributions using rough set theory, deletes the redundant rules, and gets the simplified fuzzy rules base, in order to make classification decision conveniently. The performance of the classification algorithm is tested by the IRIS data, and the results show that the fuzzy rules are not only intelligible, but also have very good classification performance.","PeriodicalId":160788,"journal":{"name":"2010 Third International Symposium on Knowledge Acquisition and Modeling","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-11-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123520633","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
