Then, taking a small high-tech enterprise as a case, we constructed its tacit knowledge transfer network with methods of SNA by using software Ucinet6.237 and Pajek2.0, and make quantitative research of the whole network, individual networks and clique analysis. Finally we put forward some optimization tactics for the tacit knowledge transfer network based our research results.
