One of its attempts israising fund as an advance of the improvement assets and waqf potential management.Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the uniqueness of waqf management in the viewpointof fundraising from three Nazir, namely, Hasyim Ashari Islamic boarding school TebuirengJombang, Foundation for Waqof Board and the Islamic University of Indonesia Yogyakarta andAl-Falah Social Fund Surabaya. This study employed multi case study from the perspective ofcomparative approach. The findings showed that there are three uniqueness of obtaining waqf,they are, tradition wisdom-based fundraising in Nazir Tebuireng Jombang, university-basedfundraising for community empowerment in Nazir UII Yogyakarta and the community-basedfundraising which focused on marginalized people in YDSF Surabaya. Referring to theexperiences of those three nazir above, there is diverse models in waqf fundraising. Thediversity is in the form of internalization fundraising, relationship fundraising, and integratedfundraising. Those three models lead to a series of holistic model of waqf fundraising in orderto keep the sustainable of waqf management, including the sustainability of nazir, assets,benefits, wakif and mauquf 'alaih. Abstrak Saat ini, penguatan kapasitas nazir sangat penting dalam pengembangankemandirian dan pemberdayaan mauquf alaih. Salah satu upayanya adalah mengumpulkan dana sebagai uang muka dari peningkatan aset dan potensi manajemen wakaf. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini bertujuan untuk menggali keunikan manajemen wakaf dalam sudut pandang penggalangan dana dari tiga Nazir, yaitu, UniversitasHasyim Ashari TebuirengJombang, Dewan Wakafdari Universitas Islam Indonesia Yogyakarta dan Dana Sosial Al-Falah Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi multi kasus dari perspektif pendekatan komparatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga keunikan dalam memperoleh wakaf, yaitu penggalangan dana berbasis tradisi kearifan di Nazir Tebuireng Jombang, pendanaan berbasis universitas untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat di Nazir UII Yogyakarta dan pendanaan berbasis masyarakat yang berfokus pada orang-orang pinggiran di YDSF Surabaya. Mengacu pada pengalaman ketiga nazir di atas, ada beragam model dalam penggalangan dana wakaf. Keanekaragaman itu dalam bentuk internalisasi, hubungandanintegrasipenggalangan dana. Cooperation of mini market establishment of Buana conducted by MWC NU Kebonsari sub-district with manager and shareholder. The establishment of a mini market formed by Nahdliyin residents in the midst of the Nahdliyin community created a new problem when the business unit formed together collapsed. This condition showing Nahdliyin residents need more study that commitment of Nahdliyin people to NU values is different from Nahdliyin's commitment to the business unit formed by the NU organization.This study aims to explore the factors that influencing interest of shopping among the Nahdliyin citizens. Quantitative research data was collected by questionnaires of 73 respondents are randomly selected. This research was anallyzed by using descriptive quantitative and inferential statistic method using regression and correlation test. The result of empirical test proves that economic factor is influencing shopping interest by 89%. AbstrakKerjasama di bidang ekonomi sering kali menjadi pilihan guna mengembangkan aset kelompok. Kerjasama dalam rangka meningkatkan kemandirian oaganisasi keagamaan. Pembentukan mini market Buana yang dilakukan oleh MWC NU kecamatan Kebonsari dilakukan penggalangan dana pengurus dan anggota serta pengelola yang dianggap kompeten di bidang jual beli. Pendirian unit usaha bersama bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian organisasi dan pemenuhan kebutuhan seluruh warga Nahdliyin secara ekonomi. Mini market bentukan warga Nahdliyin di tengah-tengah masyarakat Nahdliyin menimbulkan permasalahan baru ketika unit usaha yang dibentuk secara bersama-sama ini mengalami kemunduran. Hal ini menjadi tanda tanya apakah warga Nahdliyin memang membelanjakan uangnya di tempat lain, di sisi lain timbul pertanyaan komitmen warga Nahdliyin terhadap nilai-nilai NU memang berbeda dengan komitmennya terhadap unit usaha yang dibentuk oleh organisasi NU. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berbelanja di kalangan warga Nahdliyin. Pengumpulan data penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket terhadap 73 responden yang dipilih secara random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial menggunakan uji regresi dan korelasi. This study purpose is analyzing the concept and application of marketing mix at the institution in terms of sharia marketing. This research mehod uses a qualitative approach and research type is descriptive qualitative with observation method and interview to capture data, then conducted analysis and position of researcher as key instrument. The results of this study are: First, the marketing mix at the agency focuses on the diversification of products coupled with the launch of innovative products of good quality, halal and tayyib with low price and supported by good service and very strategic office location for promotion and uphold honesty in marketing process as syiar Islam the aim is the penetration of market segments. Second, the institute performs strategy segmentation, targeting, positioning, diferentiation to meet the target selling that pay attention to customer satisfaction by building brand, service and process good. AbstrakLAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Cabang Ponorogo merupakan lembaga nirlaba atau non profit yang berkhidmat memberdayakan segala potensi anak yatim melalui pengelolaan dana ziswaf baik perorangan, lembaga, institusi maupun coorporate dan berkedudukan di Ponorogo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis konsep dan penerapan bauran pemasaran pada lembaga tersebut ditinjau dari marketing syariah. Metode peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian diskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengamatan dan wawancara untuk menjaring data, kemudian dilakukan analisis dan posisi peneliti sebagai intrumen kunci. Second: Product innovation and growth must develop and still be able to compete with conventional financial institutions. And third: the products offered must still maintain the principles of Islamic shari'a. In providing guarantees of safety and comfort to customers, the role of the notary in the LKS is to provide legality. In the service function, a notary who has an attitude of honesty, fairness, transparency and neutrality (impartial to anyone) becomes an added value for the community to trust sharia financial institutions as a place for murabahah financing contracts that use collateral / collateral as a condition of the financing contract. With the descriptive method, this paper describes how the position and role of the notary in the Murabahah contract in the Syari'ah Financial Institution. In Murabahah financing, the role of the notary as a general official making deed becomes the legal strength of the parties in: making a Deed of Sale (AJB), Fiduciary contract / agreement, Power of Attorney (SKMHT) and Deed of Recognition (APHT) and Recognition Deed Debt. So that the parties who are in agreement can get a guarantee that is legally binding on the contract and can be used as an authentic deed if there is a dispute or something else related to the law. ABSTRAKDalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan Lembaka Keuangan Syari’ah (LKS) di Indonesia, terdapat tiga tantangan besar:, Pertama: bagaimana LKS bisa menjadi lembaga keuangan alternatif bagi masyarakat, khusunya ummat Islam. Kedua: Inovasi dan pertumbuhan produk harus berkembangan dan tetap bisa bersaing dengan lembaga keuangan konvensional. Dan ketiga: produk-produk yang ditawarkan harus tetap memepertahankan prinsip-prinsip syari’at Islam. Dalam memberikan jaminan keamanan dan kenyamanan pada nasabah, peran notaris di LKS sebagaipemberi legalitas (kekuatan hukum). Pada fungsi pelayanan, notaris yang memiliki sikap kejujuran, keadilan, transparansi dan netral (tidak memihak siapapun) menjadi nilai tambah untuk masyarakat dapat mempercayai lembaga keuangan syariah sebagai wadah tempat terjadinya akad pembiayaan murabahah yang menggunakan agunan/jaminan sebagai syarat akad pembiayaan tersebut. In theory it might have been very perfect and avoided usury, but in its implementation it had not been completely free from usury. Usury has plagued and penetrated almost all the joints of the Indonesian economy. This article tries to dig deeper and find small potentials that can be missed a little more. The conclusions of this study are: First, the legal contract (contract) that is used is still found in the potential to fall into usury or it can be called the back door of usury. Second, the implementation of sharia products sometimes forgets the crucial things the basic principle of the contract itself, for example the determination of margins based on the financing principal provided, not based on the buying and selling object in the murābaḥah contract. Determination of the capital principal value of 70% of the selling price of the collateral provided by the Customer and is definitely profitable. Third, the application of the LKS financing contract in Ponorogo which is not yet 100% has a direct impact on the Customer, namely a very large margin of 49.39% and the potential for usury by 19.39% of the principal capital issued by the bank on murābaḥah financing. Disbursement of muḍārabah funds is not 100% given by the Customer as capital manager and profit determination at the beginning of the contract without seeing the customer profit or loss. Dewasa ini dalam setiap transaksi hampir dapat dikatakan mustahil untuk terhindar dari riba, begitupun transaksi-transaksi dalam lembaga keuangan syariah sendiri. Secara teori mungkin telah sangat sempurna dan terhindar dari riba, namun dalam pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya terbebas dari riba. Riba telah menjangkiti dan merasuki hampir seluruh sendi-sendi perekonomian Indonesia. Artikel ini berusaha menggali lebih dalam dan menemukan potensi-potensi kecil yang sedikit banyak bisa terlewatkan. Kesimpulan dari kajian ini yaitu: Pertama, Legal kontrak (akad) yang digunakan masih ditemui potensi-potensi jatuh kepada riba atau bisa disebut pintu belakang dari riba. Kedua, Pelaksanaan produk syariah ini terkadang melupakan hal-hal krusial prinsip dasar dari akad itu sendiri misalnya penetapan margin berdasarkan pokok pembiayaan yang diberikan, bukan berdasarkan obyek jual beli pada akad murābaḥah. Penetapan nilai pokok modal 70 % dari harga jual agunan yang diberikan Nasabah dan pasti untung. Ketiga, Penerapan akad pembiayaan LKS di Ponorogo yang belum sesuai 100% berdampak langsung terhadap Nasabah yaitu margin yang sangat besar 49,39% dan berpotensi riba sebesar 19,39% dari modal pokok yang dikeluarkan oleh bank pada pembiayaan murābaḥah. Amdal (Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan Hidup) sebagai sebuah peraturan perundangan-undangan yang mengatur tentang studi kelayakan suatu rencana usaha dan/atau kegiatan, wajib dimiliki oleh setiap usaha dan/atau kegiatan yang berdampak penting terhadap lingkungan. Amdal disusun oleh pemrakarsa pada tahap perencanaan suatu usaha dan/atau kegiatan yang dituangkan dalam dokumen Amdal. Penelitian ini berawal dari sebuah keprihatinan bahwa dalam kitab-kitab fiqh pembahasan tentang lingkungan hidup kurang mendapat sorotan. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjajagi tingkat dukungan agama terhadap Amdal dengan menggunakan pendekatan mas}lah}ah. Pertama, tingkat dukungan nas}s}-nas}s} agama terhadap Amdal cenderung kepada mas}lah}ah mursalah. Amdal sebagai produk hukum dan undang-undang dengan perantara pemerintah merupakan salah satu sarana dari mas}lah}ah mursalah. Kedua, agama meletakkan peringkat kepentingan Amdal dalam mas}lah}ah d}aru>ri>yah. Amdal terkait dengan mas}lah}ah yang bersifat umum (mas}lah}ah ‘a>mmah), karena segala hal yang terjadi pada lingkungan hidup akan berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan manusia. Ketiga, agama meletakkan Amdal dalam al-kulliya>t al-khams sebagai fard}u kifa>yah, tidak termasuk dalam salah satu sektor di dalamnya dan juga tidak memasukkannya dalam sektor baru keenam untuk dibuka, karena dalam implementasinya Amdal merupakan kewajiban kolektif dalam penanganan problem lingkungan hidup yang hanya dapat dituntaskan secara bersama dengan melibatkan banyak stakeholders. abstractIn general, many large industries produce waste and interfere with environmental sustainability. EIA-Environmental Impact Assessment (in Indonesia usually called by Amdal) as a law that regulates the feasibility study of a business plan and/or activity, must be owned by every business and/or activity that has an important impact on the environment. The EIA is prepared by the initiator at the planning stage of a business and/or activity as outlined in the EIA documents. This thesis begins with a concern that in the books of fiqh the discussion of the environment is not under the spotlight. Therefore, this thesis will explore the level of religious support for EIA with the approach of mas}lah}ah. First, the support level of nas}s}-nas}s} religion against EIA tends to mas}lah}ah mursalah. EIA as a legal product and law with a government intermediary is one of the means of mas}lah}ah mursalah, because it contains a essential mas}lah}ah, in line with the intent and purpose of shara‘, does not clash with the existing shara‘ proposition, and is very necessary in the prevention of pollution and environmental destruction. Second, religion ranks EIA interest in mas}lah}ah d}aru>ri>yah. Such condition is required to be concern to various groups due to the ambiguous status of bengkok whether they are belong to village or public property. Meanwhile, the utilization of that function has also been valid for quite a long time without any conversion. This paper tries to offer the concept of State Waqf as an alternative solution to solve the ambiguity of this position. The writer utilize the Waqf al-Irsad theory as the State Endowments Fiqh considering the functions and benefits of bengkokas religious matters, namely mosques and village graves in which the state has role as policy maker and technical controllerof land law. Tanah béngkok desa berfungsi sebagai kompensasi gaji aparatur desa melalui jalan pemanfaatan pengolahan sawah. Namun, tidak semua objek béngkok berwujud sawah. Béngkok ada yang diwujudkan sebagai masjid, kuburan, lapangan, bahkan punden desa. Pada sawah, status pemanfaatannya bisa dipergilirkan di antara aparatur desa dari masa ke masa, sedangkan pada objek selain sawah keberlakuannya tidak dipergilirkan, tetapi sudah berfungsi untuk itu sejak lama, sejak desa adat itu sendiri ada dari zaman nenek moyang. Kedudukan seperti itu perlu menjadi perhatian berbagai pihak karena statusnya yang “ngambang” antara milik desa karena statusnya atau milik masyarakat karena adatnya. Kedua-duanya pasti saling memiliki dan memerlukan. Sementara, pemanfaatan untuk fungsi itu pun sudah berlaku dalam kurun yang cukup lama tanpa ada alih fungsi. Tulisan ini mencoba menawarkan konsep Wakaf Negara sebagai solusi alternatif mengurai “kengambangan” kedudukan béngkok ini. The management of zakat funds should be supported by the role of professional amil, therefore the community can take the advantage on its impact of social-economic side. Potential zakat funds for the purpose of the community empowerment is reducing poverty. This qualitative descriptive research is intended to explain the distribution system of productive zakat funds in LAZISNU Ponorogo. The result showed that there are two forms of zakat funds distribution, namely consumptive and productive distribution. The first form of zakat distribution can be defined as providing zakat funds to mustahik without its empowerment. While the productive zakat distribution is the provision of zakat funds to mustahik and its empowerment. It can be done through several activities, namely, the provision of venture capital as well as the budget for education and training. Finally, it can be concluded that accurate data collection can be carried out by submitting proposal by candidates of mustahik to LAZISNU then they are identified by amil. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengelolaan dana zakat produktif untuk pemberdayaan mustahik pada LAZISNU Ponorogo. Pengelolaan dana zakat harus didukung dengan peranan amil yang profesional agar dampak zakat secara sosial ekonomi dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Dana zakat yang potensial dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat utamanya adalah dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Sehingga distribusi dana zakat yang telah terkumpul tidak sembarangan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memdeskripsikan sistem distribusi dana zakat produktif di LAZISNU Ponorogo. Dalam hal distribusi dana zakat ada dua kriteria, yakni konsumtif dan produktif. Distribusi zakat konsumtif adalah memberikan dana zakat kepada mustahik tanpa di ikuti pemberdayaan mutahik. Sementara distribusi zakat produktif adalah pemberian dana zakat kepada mustahik yang diikuti dengan pemberdayaan. Sifat pemberdayaan yang dilakukan bisa untuk pemberian modal usaha, juga bia dalam bentuk ketrampilan yang diwujudkan biaya pendidikan dan pelatihan. It includes culinary, Islamic finance, insurance, fashion, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, entertainment, and tourism sectors. They occupy the concept of halal in every its product. One of the economic sector of Islam which has growth significantly is lifestyle products in the syariah tourism sector. The tourism business is certainly very closely related to the accommodation business, particularly the hospitality commerce. This study aims to scrutinize the projection of Tourism Potential Development which applied Sharia concepts in Indonesia. The results of this present study indicates that: firstly, sharia hotels is an accommodation service adheres to the principles of Islamic teaching guidelines. Secondly, `some authorities stated that the development of sharia hotels in Indonesia is still dawdling, although the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) has issued requirement standard for syariah labeling to the hospitality business. However, the form and stage for management of this sharia system is still uncertain. As a result, many sharia hotel businessmen are intended to implement their own concept and do not legalize it. This lead to the low quality of management. It is suggested that sharia hotels should be supported by such Sharia Supervisory Board.Abstrak: Sektor ekonomi berbasis Islam akhir-akhir ini meningkat secara signifikan, Sektor tersebut diantaranya kuliner, keuangan Islam, industri asuransi, fashion, kosmetik, farmasi, hiburan, dan pariwisata. Dimana keseluruhan sektor itu mengusung konsep halal dalam setiap produknya. Sektor ekonomi Islam yang telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan dalam produk lifestyle di sektor pariwisata adalah pariwisata syariah. Industri pariwisata tentunya sangat berhubungan erat dengan bisnis akomodasi, khususnya bisnis perhotelan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah tentang Proyeksi Potensi Pengembangan Pariwisata Perhotelan Dengan Konsep Syariah Di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, hotel syariah merupakan suatu jasa akomodasi yang beroperasi dan menganut prinsip- prinsip pedoman ajaran Islam. Kedua, menurut penulis perkembangan hotel syariah di Indonesia masih terlalu lambat bahkan dapat dikatakan stagnan, meskipun Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) telah mengeluarkan standarisasi label syariah kepada bisnis perhotelan, namun bentuk dan tahapan pengurusan format syariah ini masih belum jelas adanya.
