The research was conducted on 35 students of class X SMA Negeri I Blega, consisting of 17 male students and 18 female students. This action research was conducted through a cycle consisting of four actions, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner with the stage of completing data reduction, concluding whether in the action there was an improvement in the process and learning outcomes, follow-up as an effort to improve, then calculating the average value to determine the value of students' completeness in performing dribbling techniques in soccer games mini ball. The results of the analysis obtained by the researcher illustrate that there is an increase in the average value of the initial observation results by 25.71% to 31.43% in cycle 1. Furthermore, in cycle 2 there is an increase in dribbling skills in mini soccer games by 85.715. Based on the results of this action research, innovative methods and techniques are needed in carrying out the learning process so that it is more effective. Based on the findings of PJOK teachers, students still do not meet the predetermined standard values. Therefore, concrete steps are needed to improve learning outcomes, especially in rhythmic gymnastics. The purpose of this study is to improve student activities in participating in learning and improve learning outcomes of rhythmic gymnastics through the application of the Discovery Learnin method. The research design used is Classroom Action Research using several stages. Objects and subjects in this study were students of class VI SDN Siwalankerto II Surabaya City. The data collection instrument used a type of test and observation. Data analysis includes the percentage, individual completeness, and classical completeness, as well as the percentage of improvement. The results of the study illustrate that the percentage of student activity in learning activities in the first cycle, 0% Very Good category, 17% Good Category, 30% Enough category, and 53% in the Less category. Whereas in the second cycle there was an increase in the percentage of student learning activity scores, namely there were 30% students in the Bai Once category, 57% of students in the Good category, 13 students in the Enough category, and in the second cycle there were no students who were in the Less category. Furthermore, the percentage increase in classical learning outcomes in cycle I was only 36% increasing to 86% in cycle II. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of HOTS (Higher Order Thingking Skill) based PJOK learning. Through this research activity, it is hoped that it will contribute to fellow PJOK teachers in other elementary schools. This research is a qualitative research with data instruments using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted at SDN Kalipecabean, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. Data were analyzed using data triangulation. Sources of data include school principals, fellow teachers, and FGD activities. Based on the research results, it is known that it is necessary to increase understanding regarding HOTS. In addition, PJOK teachers have implemented HOTS learning starting from planning, implementation, assessment and evaluation. The conclusion of the research is that the application of HOTS-based PJOK learning at SDN Kalipecabean has been implemented. Based on the studies that have been carried out, the use of audio visual media is assumed to be effective in improving these skills. It is hoped that this research can provide a little solution to the problems that occur in the decline in the quality of the Team form movement skills. The design used in this study is a one-group pretest-posttest design with a population and sample, namely members of the extracurricular pencak silat SATRIA SMASA totaling 30 students. The instrument uses a type of test demonstration of Team style in pencak silat with a scoring system according to the rules of the pencak silat competition. Descriptive data analysis was used to obtain a description of the test result data and then the t test was carried out. The results showed that there was an increase in the skills of the Squad move before and after the treatment was given. This increase is evidenced by the average pretest score of 70 while the average value at the posttest is 86. The percentage of increase from before treatment and after treatment is 16%. Students tend to be modest in practicing the movements. Students tend to feel bored with the material presented by the teacher during learning activities. With these conditions, the teacher thinks to find a way to solve the problem. The purpose of this study is to know how the effect of using game modification to increase student motivation in grade 10 in PJOK subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Jember. The research design used was a one groub pretest-postest design with a population and a sample of the 10th grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Jember. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire and the data were analyzed using paired sample t-test. The results showed that the application of game modification to increase student motivation in PJOK subjects was 6.7%. Furthermore, in testing the hypothesis, the value of Siqnifikansi (2-tailded) is obtained, namely 0.000 less than 0.05, so it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. In improving the learning outcomes of students' locomotor motion, in this study using a traditional game called Gedrik. The game of Gedrik is carried out in turns according to the order of the players. Jumping players are not allowed to step on the line, use one leg, and are not allowed to leave the city that has been arranged. The player jumps with one foot from one box to another according to the agreed sequence. Of course, this game uses rules not in writing, but with the agreement that all players comply. The research design used was classroom action research (PTK) with test and observation type instruments. The research was conducted in February 2019 with the objects and subjects of the 2nd grade students of SD Islam Siti Hajar on learning locomotor motion. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively including the percentage and the average value of the learning outcomes. The research was conducted in 2 stages, namely cycle 1 and cycle 2. The results showed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of students' locomotor motion from 33% of the completeness value in cycle 1 increased to 90% in cycle 2. The average value in cycle 1, namely 72, was included in the Not Complete criteria. Whereas in cycle 2, the average value of 78 is included in the Completion criteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of perceptions of grade X students of SMK Dolopo, Madiun Regency on the implementation of PJOK learning in schools. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide information on the perceptual level data of students at SMK Dolopo, Madiun Regency who are also new students. This research is a descriptive study through a survey method using a questionnaire instrument. The population of this study were 80 grade students of SMK Dolopo Madiun Regency, while the sample was taken 50% of the total population. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics using percentages. The results illustrate that, the level of perception of class X SMK Dolopo Madiun Regency towards the implementation of PJOK learning is in the Good category. This can be seen in the results of data processing, namely as many as 9 students with a percentage value of the Very Good category of 22.5% and as many as 31 students who were included in the Good category with a percentage value of 77.5%. There are no students who fall into the Medium or Poor category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the average perception of class X students is in the Good category. The purpose of this study is to figure out the result and information of: whether there is any differences within the effect of barrier hops and kangaroo jump workouts towards the increasing jump height. The subjects of this study are the female volley ball atheletes of SMPN 2 Krembung as many as 12 people. The method used in this analysis is quantitative descriptive statistics, while the data collection is done by having treatments for 8 weeks, and doing pretest to find out the initial jump height and posttest to figure out the jump height after the treatments are given. From the result of this study, it is concluded that: (1) Based on the research result, there is an increase of pretest to posttest scores of barrier hops showing that the posttest score 48.67 is higher than the pretest score 45.53 with the increase precentage of 7.3%; (2) Based on the research result, there is an increase of pretest to posttest scores of kangaroo jump showing that the posttest score 46.17 is higher than the pretest score 41 with the increase percentage of 12.6%; (3) Based on the statistical calculation which is done between the results of barrier hops scores and of kangaroo jump scores, there are significant increases.
