It is necessary for regional educational institutes that have economics and commerce, business and finance majors to establish curriculums that have close corporation with SMEs. This relationship can help college students, faculty, and sectors in SMEs to work on commonly interested subject, especially R&D. Based on a survey of 172 small or SMEs in Shanghai this paper describes cooperation attributes and functions of both institutes and SMEs. The paper also presents many cooperation sceneries in six forms of cooperation modes. The reconfigurable compiler can be implemented to support the system's parallelism and flexibility without redesigning original program. The IR2VHDL (VHSIC Hardware Description Language) is one of the core components of the reconfigurable compiler. In this paper, we deploy IR2VHDL to LLVM (Low Level Virtual Machine) - IR (Intermediate Representation) in order to achieve hardware-oriented optimization for improving system parallelism and robustness. The deployment is very useful when LLVM-IR is transformed. The validation tests showed that our corrective measure is feasible and relevant reliability met our requirements. The micro-blog can reflect the relationship between the event and people's interests, the degree of influence. The emotional complexity of a text is to measure the variety of people's emotional response in a text. In this paper the text is the whole micro-blog, including the micro-blog text and its comments. The emotional complexity of all micro-blog related an event can reflect the complexity and importance of the event itself. Monitoring the emotional strength and emotional complexity of all micro-blogs can help to know the development of the event and to determine the next action. Based on the relationship between basic emotions, a method of measuring the complexity of emotion is proposed. Most of mathematical model only consider energy conservation which is bioheat. However in biosystems, the heat and chemical compositions with mas and momentum are coupled. In this research, due to the complexity of tissue structure, especially with Trans-vascular Blood Perfusion we rigorously derive and present a volume-averaged mathematical model which covers complete conservations of mass, momentum, energy and compositions.
