Our proposed improved VLCBF deleteseach hash value stored in the first buffer insertion. Only theauxiliary Bloom filter bit is modified accordingly until thebuffer is full when the group of digits updates a shift. Themethod reduces the number of bits set of shift operations toimprove the efficiency of its configuration updates. The upper half and lower half parts of human face are detected respectively in moving regions by facial detector which was trained based on Adaboost algorithm and Haar features. In this paper, we study a teaching mode which is based on the MOOC's flipped classroom mechanism for college English teaching. These protocols transfer data quickly in networks. They transfer data by a store-carry-and-forward paradigm when network is interrupted. However, these routings do not consider the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements. In this study, we propose a QoS aware routing protocol for data communication in intermittently connected mobile networks. The protocol is developed upon the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The QoS aware routing not only deliberates QoS requirements (such as delay, bandwidth, and communication time), but also considers node performance (such as energy and buffer), and other factors. The objective of this work is to present various models based on AHP in connected/interrupted networks. Spatially variant apodization in one dimension and two dimensions are introduced to significantly reduce sidelobe levels without degrading mainlobe resolution. Combination of the SVA and time-frequency analysis in ISAR imaging of the maneuvering target is proposed to improve imaging quality of the traditional RD algorithm. However, due to data sparsity and cold starting, in real systems, common-rated items among users are often not sufficient for accurate recommendations when using CF. Besides, the implicit relationships between users contained in huge amount of non-commonly-rated items are rarely utilized. In this paper, a new CF recommendation taking users' implicit relationships hidden in users' ratings on non-commonly rated items into consideration is proposed. In this method, we provide an algorithm to infer users' preferences for their non-commonly rated items and then based on these preferences. We obtain users' similarities on their non-commonly rated items. With a dynamic adjusting weight adapted to non-commonly rated items' proportion in two users' all rated items, we combine the similarities with traditional similarities based on co-rated items. Experiments are conducted on the MovieLens dataset for comparing the proposed approach with the traditional user-based collaborative filtering algorithm. However, the background change and shade usually lead to tracking errors and low tracking accuracy. In this paper, we introduce a novel mean-shift tracking algorithm based on weighted sub-block which incorporates the improved level set target extraction. The weight of each sub-block is determined by the similarity of target and candidate sub-blocks, and by the ratio of the target sub-block and overall areas. The target sub-block area is calculated by the means of the narrow band level set combined with a compromise to improve extraction accuracy and operating efficiency. Both of RGB color information in the target region and the pixel's position information are taken into consideration while describing the feature model of target and candidate region inside each sub-block. Experimental results demonstrate the method's success for tracking of targets with background change and shade during the dynamic scene, where the basic mean-shift tracking algorithm fails. The reproducing kernel Hilbert space is the fundamental in this method. No adaptive kernel has been developed, so far, for complex valued signals. Moreover, the complex reproducing kernels are used in an increasing number of machine learning problems. According this approach, we develop Quaternion Reproducing Kernel (QRKS) and Quaternion Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Space (QRKHS). We provide a general framework to attack the problem of adaptive filtering of quaternion signals, using both methods. In addition, we modified HR calculus with the concept of inner product in quaternion Hilbert space. The quaternion gradient is provided in quaternion Hilbert spaces. For solving optimization problems, one common approach is to gain the gradient of the objective function. Simple rules, such as product rule and chain rule is obtained in the novel manner in the further study.
