With the background of enhancing cultural confidence, many scholars have translated and studies on its English versions from different perspectives. However, studies based on translation ethics are extremely rare. Taking three English versions of “Qinyuan Chun·Changsha” as the examples, this paper attempts to apply Chesterman’s five models of ethics to explore how the translators comply with certain or some models of ethics according to different purposes and needs in the process of translation. It is found that it is difficult for translators to satisfy all the models in the meantime to gain an ideal translation. A good translator always knows how to adjust according to specific needs in order to make their translations readable and acceptable. The development of Starbucks is wellknown, so the organization management in this company must have some strong advantages. The analysis includes two parts: firstly, explain the relevant motivation theories applied in Starbucks; secondly, describe the teamwork in Starbucks, the factors that lead to the effectiveness of the teamwork and the challenges encountered. The research finds that the way the company practice the motivation theory and the leadership style and the teamwork spirit has no problem. However, if the company want to have a more perfect development, motivation can be applied in reinforcement, management by objectives (MOB), empowerment and work sharing. The mountains are high and the slopes are steep; the water-holding capacity of the cultivated land is poor; various climates are distributed crossly; and drought and flood disasters are prone to occur frequently. Based on the data of area affected by agricultural disasters and direct economic losses in Yunnan Province from 2006 to 2015, this paper studies the status of agricultural disasters in Yunnan Province, and concludes that drought and flood are main disaster-causing factors of agricultural disasters in Yunnan Province, and damage areas account for over 50% respectively of the total areas affected by agricultural disasters, and the two show a change trend of waning and waxing, with a correlation coefficient of -0.27. The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the current situation and characteristics of college students’ job hunting. The relationship between college students’ active personality and career decision-making difficulties and the mediating role of job search clarity were discussed. The results show that the clarity of college students' job hunting is significantly different in whether parents participate in career choices; the active personality is significantly different in gender and grade; the difficulty of college students' career decision-making has significant gender differences in the factors of “lack of career planning”, “intrinsic conflict” and “external conflict”; and the clarity of job hunting completely adjusts the difficulty of initiative personality and career decision-making. This paper explores the effects of valuation by fear feeling and by calculation on prosocial behavior by field experiments. The first experiment found that, based on the value of fear emotion, the prosocial behavior of consumers was reduced by arousing fear emotion, compared with the valuation by calculation. In experiment 2, the income factors of consumers were introduced to explore the different purchasing behaviors of different income groups based on valuation by calculation and by feeling. In low income, the value of fear emotion reduces the prosocial behavior of consumers relative to the valuation by calculation; in high income, the value of fear emotion increases the prosocial behavior of consumers compared to the valuation by calculation.
