So the pre-determined scheduling scheme can not perform as expected, causing that scientific workflows can not be completed within deadline or the total cost is far beyond users' budget. To address this problem, we proposed a new dynamic resource allocation and task scheduling(DRATS) strategy. At build-time, we use Path cut(PC) algorithm to generate a static task-Virtual Machine(VM) mapping scheme, and use task duplication(TD) algorithm to reduce the affect caused by their potential uncertain task runtime; At running time, when any task's executing time is inaccurate, we use least resource appending(LAR) algorithm to re-organize the mapping relationship between successor tasks and VMs, and add new virtual machine as cheap as possible. Experimental results demonstrate that, DRATS strategy can decrease the impact brought by uncertain task runtime, improve the probability of completing scientific workflows on time, and reduce the execution cost of scientific workflows effectively while satisfying the deadline constraint.","PeriodicalId":159643,"journal":{"name":"2016 Sixth International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST)","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128006159","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to encourage selfish users to offer their resources, a cooperation incentive mechanism based on users trust degree evaluation is proposed. The mechanism helps relays to decide whether to participate in the cooperation or not by comparing trust value. Selfish users with lower trust value will be rejected on higher probability, while cooperation can improve trust value and their own communication security. Several experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme in this paper. Selfish users actively participate in the cooperation comparing situations without encouragement. At the same time, the communication quality of the users is close to the cooperation with selfless relays.","PeriodicalId":159643,"journal":{"name":"2016 Sixth International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127703770","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We establish the training sample set of the human body data which obtained via 3D body scanner. The feature points of human body image are extracted, the training sample set registration and principal component analysis is done. Human body PDM is built, and its shape parameters are obtained, which would control the overall body shape deformation parameters. The maximum and minimum range of the human body feature regions are labelled to provided a scientific basis for follow-up clothing regional deformation. Also the ASM local texture model is established. The gray scale distribution of each feature point on the body image is gained by statistical analysis, and a search algorithm is used to achieve the body feature point automatic positioning, access to the user's body shape parameters. The application in virtual fitting is also discussed in the paper.","PeriodicalId":159643,"journal":{"name":"2016 Sixth International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131367190","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Understanding user behaviors of mobile reading is important for service provider. However, few work has been done on reading analysis. In this paper, we provide an approach to solve this problem based on cloud computing platform including HDFS and Apache Pig. Our study is carried out based on the data collected from the ISP network which covered an entire city in southern China. We presented the feature of traffic and behavior in three aspects. First, we compared the service condition of several popular websites in mobile reading field and found the basic law that traffic distribution fits. Second, we recognize user sessions via time threshold method and found some interesting phenomenon about session duration. Finally, we break user actions down into discrete categories and summarized the characteristics of each reading application. We compared user acceptance of different applications from three perspectives, which are user loyalty, user behavior and cross-user distribution respectively.","PeriodicalId":159643,"journal":{"name":"2016 Sixth International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127707315","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But at the same time hotel talents should adapt themselves to local environment. This paper, from the perspective of globalization and localization, analyzes the four abilities of hotel international talents with local features, i.e. communication ability, ability of applying cultures into services and products, comprehensive professional ability and crossover ability of expanding professional territory. On this base, experts' scoring, factor analysis method and EXCEL are used to construct evaluation index system of international talents with regional features in hospitality industry and obtain the weight of each index. The proposed strategy can make the position and heading of the dynamically positioned ship converge to the desired values without any priori knowledge about environmental disturbances. The extended state observer (ESO) is introduced to estimate the unknown environmental disturbances. Based on ESO, the DCMPC algorithm is proposed to deal with the unknown disturbances. Finally, the simulations are carried out on a dynamically positioned ship and simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.","PeriodicalId":159643,"journal":{"name":"2016 Sixth International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116763810","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the controller design, the implicit function theorem and the mean value theorem were employed to overcome the problem of controller circular construction. And by using the technique of single neural network online approximation, the complexity of the controller design was reduced significantly. The result of stability analysis shows that the uniform ultimate boundedness of all the closed-loop system signals can be guaranteed, and the steady-state tracking error can be made arbitrarily small by choosing the control parameters appropriately. A simulation example was given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.","PeriodicalId":159643,"journal":{"name":"2016 Sixth International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125716359","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among the large amount of videos in the Internet, a considerable number of them are copies of original videos, which are simply revised versions of the original ones. The purpose of video copy detection technology is to detect copy videos, which has important applications in video tracking, video content retrieval, video copyright protection and other aspects. The current problem is that real-time video copy detection is often difficult to achieve due to the large amount of video data. Hadoop is a distributed computing platform which is designed for deployment in inexpensive hardware and suitable for those applications with a large data set. All of these characteristics could just meet the requirements of real-time video copy detection technology. In this paper, an attempt is done to develop a real-time video copy detection system based on Hadoop platform, and two video copy detection algorithms are implemented on Hadoop platform, which are the method based on brightness sequence and the method based on TIRI-DCT respectively, and their performances are compared. Experiments show that the use of Hadoop platform can significantly improve the efficiency of video copy detection, which has important practical significance for video tracking and real-time video content retrieval application.","PeriodicalId":159643,"journal":{"name":"2016 Sixth International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124905846","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we provide more evidence that GC cannot reveal true causality, and point out the core difference between GC and NC mathematically. Given a jointly regression model in GC method one has to estimate the autoregressive model. By an illustrative example on one hand we give the exact formula for GC, which is only related to some coefficients and has nothing to do with the other coefficients, and thus GC cannot reveal true causality at all since true causality underlying the joint regression model with different time-invariant coefficients surely be different. On the other hand, we theoretically show a fatal drawback that the estimation of the autoregressive model is equivalent to taking a series of backward recursive operations, which are infeasible however for many irreversible chemical reaction models. Thus, GC method cannot be applied at all. In this case GC value by forcibly estimating the auto regressive model (i.e., taking a series of backward recursive operations) inevitably cannot reveal true causality.","PeriodicalId":159643,"journal":{"name":"2016 Sixth International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121927136","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
