The use of qualitative descriptive method leads the result of the research to elaborate the data by words rather than numbers. The data of the research was taken from the lyrics of Iwan Fals’ songs; “Opiniku”, “Sumbang”, “Tikus-Tikus Kantor”, “Besar Kecil”, “Dunia Binatang”, “17 Juli 1996”, “Buktikan”, dan “Kuda Lumping”. Then, the researcher observed and marked the lyrics as the technique in collecting the data. The research method uses qualitative description, while  the approach used is a longitudinal approach. The main features of  longitudinal require a long time because what is examined is the development of something being studied from one time to another. Source of data from language acquisition of children aged 0-5 years. The result of the development research on language acquisition of children aged  0-5 years in RT 004 / RW 003, Jatimurni, Bekasi is children aged 0-3 months wake up when they hear a loud voice, which is crying, if they  hear others talking they pay attention to the person, he smiles when invited to talk,can  recognize the voice of his cast or caretaker and stop crying when invited to talk. Paying attention to the eyes and mouth of  people who act as they speak, look for sound sources by moving their eyes and bodies,looking at objecta around them, and showing interest in objects that are in their environment, and using their environment and using their hand and mouth to explore their motor sensory, while Tyas age 1 the averages length of speech, which is 0.2. Putri age of 2.3 years of utterance averages, which is 0.43, Fatih age 3.4 years the average length of  speech, which is 0.60, Radit age of 4 years the average length of  speech, namely  1.6, and Kenzi age of 5 years the average length of  speech 2.15. Pesantren Impian novel tells the story of a girl and her friends in seeking repentance by entering the Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted by using qualitative research techniques that analyzed the short story Rijsttafel Versus Entrecôte by Joss Wibisono through a post-structural approach. Data is obtained through hermeneutic reading. Based on the conducted research, it can be concluded that in this short story the power over sexuality was regulated by the Dutch colonial government through the implantation of inferior idea on the values and culture of Bumiputra; the sexuality policymaking that applies to the people of Bumiputra; the creation of discomfort, anxiety, and fear of discuss about homosexuality; and the uniformity of Dutch colonial values over its colonies. The Data was gotten from daily conversation of native speakers in Nagari Pamuatan, Kupitan district, Sijunjung regency. The method used in this research was observational method through recording, interview and taking field notes technique. The data was analyzed by using translational equal method through dividing key factors technique. Then, it also uses distributional method through segmenting immediate constituent’s technique. The Result of this research shows that there are some affixation forms namely prefix, suffix, circumfix, simulfix, and compound of affixes. Some of them seem to have uncommon affix form as found in minangkabaunese. The change of meaning is the transition of meaning that occurs due to various factors such as linguistic factors, history, one's psychology, and others. The method used in data collection of this research is qualitative. Qualitative data used includes several things such as detailed descriptions of situations, activities, or certain events or phenomena; direct opinions from people who have experience, their views, attitudes, beliefs, and way of thinking; snippets of documents, report documents, archives, and history; and a detailed description of a person's attitude and behavior. The source of this research data is written data sources. The data in this study are in the form of speech contained in the comic by Raditya Dika. The results of the study show that the changes in meaning contained in the comic are included in the substitution of meaning in the form of criticism. The criticism made in the form of humor is expected to be conveyed without directly confusing the feelings of the person being criticized Tulisan ini berisi pembahasan tentang perubahan makna yang terjadi pada komik yang ditulis oleh Raditya Dika. Perubahan makna merupakan peralihan makna yang terjadi akibat berbagai faktor seperti faktor kebahasaan, sejarah, psikologi seseorang, dan lain-lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data kualitatif yang digunakan mencakup beberapa hal seperti deskripsi yang mendetail tentang situasi, kegiatan, atau peristiwa maupun fenomena tertentu; pendapat langsung dari orang-orang yang telah berpengalaman, pandangannya, sikapnya, kepercayaan, dan jalan pikirannya; cuplikan dari dokumen, dokumen laporan, arsip-arsip, dan sejarahnya; dan deskripsi yang mendetail tentang sikap dan tingkah laku seseorang. This ethnic group is also known as the largest matrilineal society in the world (Wikipedia). This qualitative study looks at how the Minang women who live in the surrounding areas of Jakarta perceive the Minang language, Indonesian language, and Minang culture in their daily lives. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with four adult female Minang informants, aged between 39 to 55 years old. This study reveals that the four women no longer perceive the Minang language as important to be maintained. They prefer to use Indonesian in their daily communication, both in the family domain as well as the public domain. In relation to the Minang culture, the four women tend to maintain the egalitarian and democratic principles of the Minang tradition. This study aims to describe 1) the focus point of illustration of the title of the first winner of the contest writing opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan? 2) the focal point of information information of the first winner of writing contest for high school level opinion in South Kalimantan; 3) the focal point of illocution of the moral message of the first winner of the high school opinion writing contest in South Kalimantan. The study was conducted in October 2016 at Balai Bahasa Balai. The method used is qualitative deskreptif. The technique used in this paper is the sampling purposive sampling. The sample used as data is the first winner of the contest for writing the opinion of the senior high school level in South Kalimantan, in South Kalimantan Language Hall, in 2016. This first winner is named Norhidayah, a student of SMAN 4 Banjarbaru, with the title of Language Role in Introducing Children of Nation. Data analysis is done by steps, data collection, data identification, classification, selection and interpretation. The results of data analysis are presented in ordinary words with technical terminology. Based on the results of the study of the focal point of the article, the first winner of the South Kalimantan high school opinion writing contest includes the focus point of the title illusion, the focus point of information illocution, and the focus point of the illustration of the moral mandate. The focus of the title illustration can be seen in the meaning of its ilokusinya, language, and suitability of the theme in the title. The focus point of the information illumination of the article can be seen in its meaning of ilokusinya, its language style, and the type of discourse. The focus point of the illustration of its moral mandate can be seen in the author's expectations contained in the title, the focus of the information, and on the final paragraph of the paperMasalah yang dibahasa mengenai titik fokus ilokusi  artikel pemenang pertama  lomba penulisan opini tingkat SLTA se-Kalimantan Selatan. It can not be separated from language, language regardless of caste or disease, with the sick everyone can communicate, even if the person is afflicted by aphasia or stroke patient. This research is intentionally done that useful to bridge the relationship of stroke patients with healthy people. The purpose of this study is to find the phoneme level disorder that was tested by stroke patients during the therapy period. The study used neurolinguistic theory written by Literature. In addition, this theory is also supported by leading neurolinguistic experts. To get this research data, researcher use method refer to record technique, note, participatory option personal methode (SLC). Furthermore, to analyze the data the researcher uses the agih method (distribution), this method is supported by the technique of immediate segmenting constituents technique (ICS) and advanced techniques such as deletion, subtitute, and extension. After that, the results obtained are the process of the splitting of 10 times of delegation, then the process of substitution or there are as many as 16 (sixteen) times, while the process of accreditation or addition there are 4 (four) times Komunikasi dapat terjadi pada setiap orang.  Hal itu tidak dapat dipisahkan dari bahasa, bahasa tidak memandang kasta atau penyakit, dengan orang sakitpun setiap orang dapat berkomunikasi, sekalipun orang itu mengalami gangguan afasia atau menderita strok. Penelitian ini harus dilakukan yang bermaksud untuk menjembatani hubungan penderita strok dengan orang sehat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari gangguan tataran fonem yang diujarkan oleh penderita strok pada masa terapi. Penelitian menggunakan teori neurolinguistik yang ditulis oleh Sastra. Di samping itu, teori ini juga didukung oleh berbagai ahli neurolinguistik terkemuka. Untuk mendapatkan data penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik record,  catat, participatory option personal methode atau simak libat cakap (SLC). Selanjutnya, untuk menganalisis data tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode agih (distribution), metode ini didukung oleh teknik immediate segmenting constituents technique dan teknik lanjutan seperti deletion, subtitute, dan extension.
