This article is focused on the kind of virtual reality (VR) - MoCap - motion capture. Motion capture is the process of the recording of user's movements and the interpretation of these movements into the movements of digital model. VR is used too in the design process of workplace. Firstly, the workplace is designed and before real building the different conditions are simulated. The inventory theory (stochastic model) was applied to determine optimal vehicle fleet size under the assumption of implementation of car-sharing system. The statistical characteristics for the model were acquired by random moment observation of real park place in Košice city. Most of currently studies in this field are supposed that users have special knowledge about web services. In this paper, we propose a personalized web service composer that considers non-expert users and afford them the most suitable composition according to their interests and preferences. In another word, to shelter non-expert users from the complexity of service composition, we keep information of the users including interests, preferences, behaviors and etc. In a user model provided for this reason and apply them in web service selection, work flow ranking and web service composition. Also, we update user profiles through analyzing unselected workflows by the user. We test our model in the economy domain by 70 users. License plate detection is an important processing step in license plate recognition which has many applications in intelligent transportation systems. Vertical edges and edge density features are utilized to find candidate regions. Then, the candidates are filtered out based on geometrical and textural properties. The efficiency of the method is improved using the integral edge image and two-stage candidate window detection. The situation is different for mass casualty emergencies where more people and properties are threatened. In such situations there are no predefined plans in place and mitigation is solved mostly through crisis management. Teams managing such acute accidents are often working in information insufficiency. Timely information exchange between involved agencies, common understanding of data and fast provision of knowledge can save lives and protect properties. Useful information is heterogeneous and is distributed across many organizations in disparate information sources in many formats with different access policies and in varying quality. The information sources range from sensors deployed on incidence sites, publicly available data sources, corporate legacy systems, documents stored on remote locations to human end-users providing information using mobile devices. This article addresses operational challenges of First Responders and complementary challenges in accessing and analyzing information from multiple sources to provide advanced capabilities for command and control in emergency response. Herein we propose to use an agent-based infrastructure for supporting such interoperability. We propose to build the framework amplifying an agent infrastructure developed in scope of the SECRICOM EU integrated project. Crucial and often not so simple is the decision making over such data. This paper presents a generalized solution proposal for systems running without interruption (at run-time) based on Complex Event Processing (CEP) - by aspect-oriented approach for specific domain. The functionality of the system is strongly determined by listeners' implementation and by identification data patterns and their representation in the form of rules. Listeners themselves determine so called message model as a standard set of messages which runs into the CEP engine. Messages are represented by certain events. We assume the use of this method also in other domains. Analogically to the software product-line approach are compared possibilities in implementation listeners to data patterns.
