Supply chain risk management is a series of activities that consist of identifying and managing supply chain risk with a coordinated approach among members of the supply chain, to reduce the disruption that occurs along the supply chain member. The negative impact of risk management can reduce company performance. Business people always try to improve company performance to meet customer satisfaction from suppliers, manufacturers and distributors. Suppliers function to supply raw materials, additives, auxiliary materials, and spare parts needed by producers, while producers function to produce goods and services (output), and function of distributors to distribute output to consumers at the right time. This activity is called the supply chain. The risks that occur along the supply chain must be eliminated so that the products needed by consumers can be fulfilled properly. This research was conducted on mushroom cultivation in the city of Langsa. This research aims to identify risk agents that occur along the mushroom supply chain. The method used is Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The steps of the research carried out are conducting observation and research of literature, identifying research problems, setting research objectives, collecting data, and analyzing problem solving. Pile reinforcement in rows as slope reinforcement elements reduces lateral soil pressure through force is transfer to anchoring piles at a certain distance on the slope. The use of residual soil and embankment soil above with reinforced concrete piles is influenced by pile diameter, pile distance, the position of pile placement Lx/L = 0.75 with the slope ratio of the embankment to the determined residual soil. The test bath is 1.5 m long, 1 m wide and 1.5 m high. Loading is done by adding the load gradually until it reaches the load collapse on the slope modeling which is modeled as a strip footing by channeling the load from the load cell and looking for bearing capacity of the foundation. The problem studied was to find out the changes in the field collapsed on the embankment slope above the residual soil without and with reinforcement. The test results of experiment shown that utilizing of pile reinforcement on a slope have bearing capacity improvement, and the installation of strain gage on the pile to determine the strain and lateral deflection that occurs on the pile.","PeriodicalId":156644,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 1st International Conference on Engineering and Management in Industrial System (ICOEMIS 2019)","volume":"88 8","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134412464","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
