Donor breast milk is given from mothers who have excess supply of breast milk to babies who need breast milk. Breast milk donation can provide many benefits, but it is undeniable that it will be risky for the baby if it is not handled wisely. The purpose of this study is to determine the donor of ASI (Mother's Milk) at the Lactashare Lowokwaru Foundation, Malang in the perspective of Islamic law. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The location of this research is at Lactashare Foundation St. Bunga December, Green Sapphire No. 10 Jatimulyo Lowokwaru Malang. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the procedure passes through several steps, namely, mothers who wish to donate their breast milk must register themself through the Lactashare application which can be downloaded via the Google Play Store or contact the contact person directly. Then do a health check and mental examination. The procedure is allowed in the Islamic perspective in that some conditions such as an agreement between both parties (donor and recipient) and the donor are physical and mental health. BAZNAS Banyumas Regency is present in providing qualified services by maximizing technological developments through QRIS. Because by looking at the positive trend phenomenon of BAZNAS fundraising since 2016-2021. This could be a great potential that must be developed. This research is a field research that is descriptive in nature, that is, the researcher describes and reports a situation related to the events that occurred. Researchers conducted observations, interviews, and documentation of QRIS users, especially the people in Banyumas, which were then collaborated with data from Amil and Muzakki BAZNAS Banyumas district. The results of the study show that BAZNAS in Banyumas Regency seeks to collect, manage and distribute zakat, infaq and alms funds using technology through a digital-based service process, namely QRIS. Especially the Javanese language and its culture as a form of resilience to local cultural identity that is introduced early on. The use of the Banyumasan Javanese language is currently experiencing a crisis, especially in the younger generation, the majority of whom are more fluent in Indonesian than the local Javanese language in Banyumasan. For that, it needs the cooperation of all parties in civilizing and resilience, especially in Banyumasan Javanese language. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data obtained through observation, interviews, focus group discussions on early childhood education teachers. The data is processed using the theory of Miles and Huberman through the process of reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. the validity of the data through triangulation techniques as a process of strengthening and clarification. The finding of the study can be described as follows: learning activities to introduce Javanese language to early childhood are carried out once a week through play activities, such as children being asked to count numbers from 1 to 10 using Javanese language, in addition, the singing method in Javanese is used as a way to children accustomed to hearing and reciting Javanese dialects. It causes a lack of education and character formation in the school. Besides, SMP Telkom Purwokerto is a non-religious and technology-based school. However, it can develop and perform religious culture well. The study aims to describe and analyze the religious culture’s development, particularly Islamic culture in SMP Telkom Purwokerto. The study used a qualitative approach and was examined by triangulation technic.
