Review provides a summary of large bodies of evidence and reviews help to explain differences among studies. Objectives: The aim of this study is to review exercises therapy for office workers with chronic nonspecific low back pain treatment. Background: Low back pain is a common syndrome that causes disability and absence from work. Although there are several causes, the most common type of back pain is nonspecific. Exercises are often used to treat back pain, but there is controversy regarding its effectiveness. Exercise therapy is widely used as an intervention in low back pain. Low back pain is defined as discomfort that develops above the posterior glutelines and below the costal edge of the final ribs, with or without lower limb pain(1).Between 60 and 85% of people experience it at some point throughout their lives(2). Methods: Search strategy: Relevant articles were identified by engines such as SCIENCE DIRECT, PUBMED, GOOGLESCHOLAR, and COCHRANE DATA BASE OF SYSTEMATIC REVIEW (www.cochrane.org), and CINALE.Website like physiopedia (www.physiopedia.com) was searched and published texts were `also reviewed in these studies.","PeriodicalId":155428,"journal":{"name":"Clinical Medicine And Health Research Journal","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139247018","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a narrowing of one or more coronary arteries. It is caused by atherosclerosis which is due to the action of fatty deposits of cholesterol. When blood flow is slowed by a blocked artery, the myocardium is no longer properly oxygenated. Coronary heart disease represents a major socio-economic challenge. In addition to genetics, the main risk factors for coronary heart disease are lack of physical activity, smoking, alcohol abuse and poor diet. The mortality rate linked to CD in the world and in Algeria is 34%. Our study involved 40 patients taken at random. It was carried out by collecting biological, clinical and anthropometric data collected during consultations. Our objective was to show the benefit of diet in the prevention of modifiable risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, smoking and alcohol) and compare our results with those found in the literature.","PeriodicalId":155428,"journal":{"name":"Clinical Medicine And Health Research Journal","volume":"13 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139250733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the presence of negative thoughts, the way a patient responds to a given treatment can be below expectations. Such negative thoughts can be recognized by probing into the patient’s mental attitude. Similar is the adverse effect when the patient feels a lack of genuine love and understanding in one’s social circle. Not recognising the presence of negativity in a patient’s psycho-spiritual history can lead to inappropriate or ineffective treatment. Inclusion of psycho-spiritual history in clinical medicine leads to opening up of a hidden aspect of the patient’s problem, which when tackled has significant therapeutic potential.","PeriodicalId":155428,"journal":{"name":"Clinical Medicine And Health Research Journal","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129026673","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The synthesis of Nanoparticles was verified by means of detections by spectrophotometry, X-ray diffraction, FTIR, and scanning electron microscopy. Nanoparticles were used to inhibit pathogenic bacteria obtained from urinary infections patients, and they included Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus by poisoning the nutrient medium and drilling method. It was also verified that there are no toxins accompanying the biosynthesis of these nanoparticles by the ammonia method. The detections of characterization of GNPs confirmed that the particles were synthesized in spherical, oval, and crystalline shapes with sizes ranging from a few nanometers to 500 nanometers, and they gave a light absorption band at the wavelength of 520 nanometers. Concerning the effect of GNPs on pathogenic bacteria, the method of poisoning the media confirmed that the 15% concentration was significantly effective against the three bacterial species, as it gave the lowest diameter of colony growth (1.1, 1.6, 2.3) cm for Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus respectively. As for the drilling method, it also showed a high significant ability of 15% concentration to inhibit the tested bacteria by measuring the inhibition zone, which gave an area of (5.1, 5.4,6) cm for Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus respectively, with regard to the toxicity test, the study showed that the isolate used in the synthesis does not produce toxins, which confirms its suitability and dependence in the biosynthesis of nanoparticles.","PeriodicalId":155428,"journal":{"name":"Clinical Medicine And Health Research Journal","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126427428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Delay in diagnosis can lead to severe patient impairment. This case report highlights the utility of contrast-enhanced T1-weighted 3D-Black Blood (BB) imaging in the diagnostic work-up of GCA, along with its histological correlations. We present the case of an 81-year-old male patient with clinical symptoms suggestive of bilateral temporal arteritis. The patient underwent cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with contrast-enhanced T1-weighted 3D-BB sequence, which revealed wall-enhancement with perivascular \"stranding\" of both temporal arteries and their branches, luminal narrowing, and pathological enhancement of the vertebral and basilar arteries. Histological analysis after biopsy confirmed a diagnosis of temporal arteritis.\u0000This case report emphasizes the valuable role of contrast-enhanced T1-weighted 3D-BB imaging in the diagnosis of GCA, providing higher resolution and flow signal suppression. The observed \"perivascular stranding\" and histological findings contribute to our understanding of the disease. Radiologists should consider incorporating this imaging sequence into their diagnostic protocols when GCA is suspected.","PeriodicalId":155428,"journal":{"name":"Clinical Medicine And Health Research Journal","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122187025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
