The use of microorganisms or substances that can positively influence the improvement of one or more plant characteristics is already a necessity in agriculture. Therefore, the objective was to evaluate the vegetative development and production of the Japanese cucumber crop using products based on humic substances and nutrient-providing microorganisms. The use of 100, 50 and 0% of the recommended mineral fertilizer for the culture was tested, as well as a set of three products composed of microorganisms and a product based on Humic Substances, with two levels of fertilizer each (50% of the recommended mineral fertilizer and without mineral fertilizer). The use of products associated with 50% of the recommended mineral fertilization provided the achievement of production levels equal to or greater than those found when using 100% of the fertilization. For the variables of vegetative development, equal results were found for the treatments with the use of products associated with 50% of the fertilization and the treatment with 100% of the chemical fertilization recommended for the culture.","PeriodicalId":153934,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Interdisciplinary Debates","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124138145","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Merrill) is a prominent crop in the world grain scenario, it is currently cultivated in practically all the Brazilian national territory. Brazil appears as the world's second largest producer of this grain. Soybean cultivation is still the crop that consumes the most fertilizers in Brazil, with Nitrogen being the most required nutrient in the plant. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of seed inoculation with Pantoea Agglomerans Strain O4 bacteria and their relationship with nitrogen doses on soybean development and yield. The experiment was carried out in the experimental area of the Center of Agrarian Sciences and Biodiversity (CCAB), Federal University of Cariri (UFCA), in Crato - CE, in a randomized block design, in a subdivided plot, with three replications, thus totaling 24 experimental plots. The plots were four nitrogen doses (0, 25, 50 and 100% of the recommended dose) and the subplots referring to the use of AzotoBarvar inoculant (with and without). The variables analyzed were: plant height, first pod insertion height, number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, pod per plant mass, mass of 100 grains, grain mass per plant and productivity. The data were submitted to analysis of variance by the F test and the means of the Bavar factor compared by the Tukey test at 5% of probability. The statistical program Sisvar 5.3 was used for the statistical analysis. According to the analysis of variance none of the variables presented significant results, for the interaction Fertilizer*Barvar or for the AzotoBarvar and Fertilizer factors separately. According to the means test, however, it was observed better results for plant height, number of pods per plant, pod mass per plant, grain mass per plant and productivity in the presence of the inoculant.","PeriodicalId":153934,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Interdisciplinary Debates","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130838319","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With this, it is necessary to search for alternatives that allow the increase in its production without an increase in the exploitation of nonrenewable resources as in the case of phosphorus. The objective of this study was to evaluate the development and productivity of sesame seeds submitted to different doses of phosphorus, keeping nitrogen and potassium fertilization constant, as well as evaluating the effect of seed inoculation with Pseudomonas bacteria. The experiment was conducted at the Madeira Cortada Site, located in the rural area of Missão Velha-CE. The soil of the experimental area is classified as typical Red Yellow Latosol. The experiment was carried out in a randomized complete block design in a subdivided plot, with three replications. The plots were composed of four doses of phosphorus (0, 25, 50 and 100% of the recommended dose) and the subplots to the use of PhosfoBarvar inoculant (with and without), totaling 24 observations. Each plot measures three meters wide by three meters in length, totaling 9 m2. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and by the F test and submitted to the polynomial regression test, determining the response curve of each variable. The program used to analyze the data was SISVAR. The following variables were evaluated: plant height, stem diameter, pod length, pod / plant number, grain / plant number, 1000 grain mass, pod yield, grain yield and yield. The fertilization interaction and PhosfoBarvar did not present differences for the variables. Fertilization showed a significant difference at 5% for stem diameter and pod length and significant at 1% for the number of pod / plant, pod productivity and grain yield. Phosfobarvar showed no significant difference for the variables number of grains per pod, mass of 1000 grains, and yield. In the other variables, it presented a significant difference at 5%. Therefore, it was observed that the phosphate fertilization and the use of the bacteria brought benefits for the sesame production, and the bacterium was responsible for an increase of 278 kg ha-1 and 143 kg ha-1 in grain yield and grain yield, respectively. necessary to carry out other work in order to prove the benefits of the treatments applied.","PeriodicalId":153934,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Interdisciplinary Debates","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123231511","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And for the following specific objectives: to apply the methodology in a specific laboratory; evaluate the level of cure by spraying the mosquito on a large scale; determine the possible cure through research. The mosquito Aedes aegypti is the main transmitter of the yellow fever virus in cities, this virus is also present in forests, the virus in turn contaminates the mosquito which in turn stings the monkey, which then begins to suffer from the disease. Then the problem arises: a virus-free insect that sucks the blood of this contaminated primate starts charging the yellow fever cause. And then you can pass it on to another monkey, which can spread it to another mosquito, in the forest regions, the insects of the genera Haemagogus or Sabethes bite monkeys with the disease and then pass it on to humans in the vicinity. It is plausible that Aedes Aegypti disseminates yellow fever in the cities, it is a vicious circle that has occurred for many, many years in the Brazilian forests. Mosquitoes of the genera Haemagogus and Sabethes only circulate through areas of forest. Now, if a person visits a forest or lives near another, for example, they may be bitten by one of those infected mosquitoes. And there, you run the risk of having wild yellow fever.","PeriodicalId":153934,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Interdisciplinary Debates","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123496229","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The maintenance of high productivity is associated to a balanced fertilizing which promotes a higher crop potential during the cycle. This study had as objective evaluate the effect of bacterial inoculation of gender Pseudomonas, doses of potassium, and the interaction between them about the variables of soybean production. The experiment was conducted at the Center of Agricultural Sciences and Biodiversity, in Crato – CE. The experiment was realized in a randomized blocs design, in subdivided plot 4x2, with four repetitions, totalizing 32 experimental plots. First factor were four doses of potassium (0, 25, 50 e 100% of the recommended dose) and the second referred to use of inoculate of Pseudomonas gender, PotaBarvar (WITH and WITHOUT). The data were submitted to variance analysis by Test F and the average of Pseudomonas were compared by Tukey test at 5% of probability and the factor potassium dose was submitted to regression analysis. It was used the statistical program Sisvar 5.3 to the statistical analysis. The analyzed variables were plant height, height of insertion of first pod, number of branches, number of pods, number of grains per pod mass of pods, mass of 100 grains, mass of grains and productivity. To factor fertilizing just the variable number of pods and number of grains per pod presented significative results at 1 and 5% of probability, respectively. The use of highest dose shown an improve of 127% to number of pods compared to witness (0% of fertilizing) while for the number of grains per pod the response was linear decreasing. To the factor PotaBarvar, only the variables number of pods and mass of pods presented significative results, with an increase of 51,5 and 15,5%, respectively, with use of inoculation. To the interaction between the potassium doses and the inoculation with PotaBarvar, none of the variables presented significative results. The first report of soybean cultivation in Brazil was in 1882 in the state of Bahia. In recent years soybean cultivation has reached a high productivity index, due to the investment in balanced fertilization and genetic improvement, which together are able to raise the productive potential in the plant, together with other management practices. The nutrients required in larger amounts are nitrogen (N), potassium (K) and phosphorus (P). Therefore, the present study had as objective to evaluate the development and productivity of the soybean as a function of the inoculation of bacteria in the seeds and chemical fertilization with NPK at sowing. The experiment was conducted in the experimental area of the Centro de Ciências Agrarias e da Biodiversidade (CCAB), of the Universidade Federal do Cariri (UFCA), in Crato - CE. The experiment was carried out in a randomized block design, in a 4x2 subdivided plot, with four replications, totaling 32 experimental plots. In recent years, with the advancement of Science and the enhancement of investigative means through television series, professional entomologists and Forensic Entomology have begun to again academic and scientific visibility. The insects known as scavengers feed on decomposing organic matter, this is because when the animal tissues enter into a state of putrefaction, it attracts an enormous number of species that seek such substrate as a food source or to guarantee the survival of their offspring, therefore, necrophagous insects are part of the cadaverous fauna, when there is no impediment to the natural process. Predisposed to the continued interest in line with this area of knowledge, through a bibliographic review, the advances and functionalities of Forensic Entomology in the scientific, legal and expert practice spheres will be addressed in the context, in search of producing instruments of criminal investigation, enabling the identification of corpses even in advanced states of decomposition, as well as estimating the individual’s after death interval, thus contributing to assist and sustain the judicial work in respect of life. According to the data collected, it is was possible to discover the factors that influence the identification of the corpse, as well as the location where the fact happened and the relevance of using insects as a basis elucidate abd support a criminal investigation. The central issue is how to keep people in the rural environment, stimulating the rational use of natural resources and causing the least possible environmental impact with their production practices without discussing sustainability issues. The problem lies in the sustainability of small rural properties that use family labor, in which the production process, in general, is artisanal and the production scale is small. The theoretical framework contemplates the theme based on the foundations of the new rurality, productive diversification, pluriactivity and multifunctionality. The results indicate that family farmers on small rural properties do not consider the adoption of production practices that rationally use natural resources and/or that cause the least possible environmental impact. The action logic is capitalist, guided by practices that generate enough income to keep family members, reproduced from the practices observed in large rural producers. The theoretical definition of rural sustainability is dissociated from the practice carried out in small rural properties, which are mainly justified by the absence of family labor and the low profitability of productive activities that include productive diversification and the scale of production.","PeriodicalId":153934,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Interdisciplinary Debates","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127620065","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
