As a novel multiscale geometric analysis tool, Contourlet has shown many advantages over the conventional image representation methods. It provides flexible number of directions and captures the intrinsic geometrical structure of images. The efficient directional filter banks with low redundancy of contourlet are very attractive for image processing. The method for power transformer fault diagnosis based on SVM is proposed in this paper. The principle and algorithm of this method are introduced. Through a finite learning sample the relation is established between the transformer fault signature and the quantity of its dissolved gas. A faults classifier is constructed by using the dissolved gas data of the fault transformer. The testing results show that this method can successfully be applied to the diagnosis of gear faults.","PeriodicalId":153560,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Symposium on Intelligent Ubiquitous Computing and Education","volume":"163 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-05-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134150871","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Two embedding rules are imported in the proposed method, and no extra bit map is required to indicate which rules are applied in which pixels to embed secrets. As the experimental results show, when the hiding capacity is 255 Kb, the visual quality of the decoded image for our proposed method is, on average, better than Fridrich’s method, Tzeng et al.’s method, or Chan and Chang’s method, which are 4 dB, 3 dB and 2 dB, respectively. Unfortunately, NATs block the data transmitted directly between two Nodes under different private networks in many peer-to-peer applications. A protocol, STUN (Simple Traversal of UDP over NATs), has been proposed by IETF to solve the problem, but it costs great network bandwidth and transmission delays when the number of Nodes is large. In addition, it is less flexible between different network conditions. To solve this problem, this paper makes many practices to improve STUN and proposes a novel NAT traversal technology to establish peer-to-peer connections, enabling load on the sever to be remarkably reduced. Our algorithm called C_STUN classifies Node’s area and select proper traversal method dynamically, which can accelerate Nodes’ connection in a large and complicated peer-to-peer network.","PeriodicalId":153560,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Symposium on Intelligent Ubiquitous Computing and Education","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-05-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130519805","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, selfish behavior of peers is one of the key problems that influence the optimal solution. In this paper, a Game-Theoretic data assignment scheme is presented.Peers are cooperating with each other in order to maximize social payoff. This scheme is also based on incentive values to make better cooperation. In the experiment, the PlanetLab data is applied for this approach and the results demonstrate the proposed method can accelerate searching speed and optimization rate. Firstly, the linear input space in training data was mapped to a polynomial space, which can solve non-linear regression questions without complex and vague kernel skills. Then, a genetic algorithm was used to extract features from high dimension polynomial space. Suitable fitness function guaranteed that the extracted features had the biggest influence on the output in training data. Finally, linear support victor regression was introduced to the extracted features. An explicit non-linear regress function can be find. An application showed the efficiency of the new feature extraction.","PeriodicalId":153560,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Symposium on Intelligent Ubiquitous Computing and Education","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-05-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124950108","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
