Sometimes, attribute value and attribute weight are given in the form of fuzzy numbers. This paper researches the fuzzy multi attribute decision making in which the fuzzy numbers are given in the form of interval numbers, first, the concept of interval numbers are given, then positive ideal point and negative ideal point of interval numbers are defined. This paper gives the distance between interval numbers, through computing the distance between each alternative and positive, negative ideal point of interval numbers, finds out each alternative’s closeness degree for ideal point, this paper gives a new method for fuzzy multiple attribute decision making, orders the alternatives according to closeness degree. Tuning rules of the RBF networks which guarantees the stability of the fault system were derived and the on-line fault tolerant control scheme was developed. The method does not need fault detection and diagnosis modules. As an example of the application, a tracking control problem for the speed and azimuth of a mobile robot driven by two independent wheels is solved by using the controller. In this paper, a novel and effective method is proposed to extending ontology instances from Chinese free text, which is achieved with classification using support vector machine (SVM). Firstly, classification features are extracted in terms of syntax and semantics from the training texts and the new texts based on the existed Chinese ontology. Then the ontology is turned into tree hierarchical structure which is used as the training and learning strategy of SVM classifier. Finally new ontology instances are extracted from the new texts according to the training results. The advantage of this method is that the semantic of ontology elements in texts is made full use of, and instances extraction and classification are completed in the identical procedure at same time. Based on the two types of the vector data compression, this article respectively proposed the vector data compression model based on genetic algorithm and the improved method of vector data compression based on dynamic programming algorithm. The former take the fewer nodes and error after the compression as the goal through the binary encoding to the nodes on the curve. Besides, it also uses the Douglas-Peucker algorithm to control the efficiency of the options, variations and cross, and the gene whose value is one in the optimal solution corresponds to the curve node after the compression. The fault diagnosis and location of the aircraft cable is the major task for the maintenance staff. The functional relationship between the physical parameters--the voltage and current of two-terminal and the fault location of aircraft cable is defined and a mathematical model of aircraft cable fault location is created based on the electric theory of distribution parameter circuit in this paper. A back propagation neural network is selected as the control algorithm because neural network can control nonlinear object effectually. The control units of the vehicles should know as more as possible information on the road to carry out proper operations. Positioning plus electronic map provides an access to get road information which is position dependent. Based on the traditional electronic map, the information of road layer, point layer and the subsidiary information are processed according to the requirements of real-time acquirements of road parameters. However, the traditional R/W mechanism of the subsidiary data of ordinary electronic maps can not satisfy the needs of real-time data acquirements. In order to avoid such situation mentioned above, the pre-reading mechanism is presented in this paper, which is to ensure real-time requirements.
