This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research resulted from the exposure of informants conducted by interviews, not in the form of numbers. Collecting data in this study utilizing observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis in this study included collecting all data and reducing data to conclusions as a result of the research. Based on this research, clients with disabilities, before entering and not carrying out the service program at the Social Institution for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities Cibabat Cimahi, most clients have not been able to carry out activities independently in carrying out their daily activities and do not yet have the ability or expertise. After entering and implementing the program, clients with disabilities participate in service programs, namely physical guidance, mental guidance, social guidance, and skills programs which include sewing, mechanics, handicrafts, housekeeping, electrical, carpentry and cosmetology. This research is qualitative with the case study method, the acquisition of data analyzed in the form of narratives from informants, not numbers. The collection of all data in this study was carried out utilizing observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. Data analysis includes collecting all data, and reducing and classifying data to conclusions as a result of research. The Gintingan tradition shows the existence of social capital in society through three elements of social capital: the importance of mutual trust between the involved people alternately exchange kindness and donate to each other to help host. The people of Bunihayu Village also have an extensive social network to achieve common and individual goals. Some people who are not involved in the Gintingan Tradition reason that they do not want to take the risk of paying back what they receive if they carry out a celebration with the Gintingan Tradition, some do not participate because lack of interaction and social networking with other communities. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it cannot be determined when the gintingan tradition was first carried out by the people of Bunihayu Village, Jalancagak District, Subang Regency. The shape and purpose of the gintingan tradition have not changed. It also aims to know the process of forming social cohesiveness in the tradition of salvation in the people of that area. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that describes and explains the field. Using observational data collection techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature studies in the village of Utan Kramat Batok. The data analysis was carried out using qualitative data analysis. The research results show that the Selamatetan tradition has many functions and great benefits for the life of the Utan Kramat Batok community, such as maintaining friendly relations between villagers, creating social solidarity, cooperation, and other benefits when the Selamatetan Tradition is taking place. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni merujuk pada Teori Granovetter yang berlandaskan prinsip Sosiologi Ekonomi bahwa aktifitas Pasar Kaget Rukun Asih dipandang sebagai kubu oversocialize yang memandang bahwa semua perilaku ekonomi seperti menjual, membeli tunduk dan patuh dalam nilai, norma dan adat kebiasaan serta terdapat keterlekatan yang utama yaitu keterlekatan relasional antara penjual, pembeli, pengelola dan masyarakat Gempol Sari. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif karena data yang dianalis berupa tuturan dari informan, bukan berupa angka-angka. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Analisi data meliputi pengumpulan seluruh data, mereduksi data dan mengklarifikasi data sampai pada penarikan kesimpulan sebagai hasil penelitian atas problem solving dalam kajian di Gempol Sari tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penulis mendapatkan keterangan bahwa faktor yang melatarbelakangi berdirinya Pasar Kaget Rukun Asih di Kelurahan Gempol Sari Kecamatan Bandung Kulon Kota Bandung karena adanya lahan kosong yang dapat dimanfaatkan serta berada dekat dengan pemukiman, adanya faktor kebutuhan hidup. The data analysis was carried out using qualitative data analysis. The study results showed that the Al-Hidayah Taklim Council was not sufficiently helpful in overcoming adolescent behavioral deviations. Because on the part of the Taklim Council it only conducts outreach to parents by making parents tell about their child's progress and the leader of the recitation at the Taklim Assembly gives advice and advice on religious knowledge that must be applied to their children during recitation at the Al-Hidayah Taklim Assembly, but this still can not cope with deviant behavior that occurs among adolescents. The efforts that the Taklim Assembly has made cannot help enough to overcome the problems in Kembangkuning Village. However, most of the farming families are classified as poor. The impact of poverty affects other lives. One of them affects the education of their children. In general, this research is based on the descriptive method, with an emphasis on giving a picture or painting an explanation of the symptoms that occur in the community or the most actual events. The research steps are from determining the method, type of data, data sources, data collection techniques to data analysis techniques, and ends with conclusions. The results showed that the socio-economic life of farming families in Sukamaju Village in Cianjur District, Cianjur Regency, was very low both in terms of socioeconomic, education and others. The factors that cause children to drop out of school in the Sukamaju Village community include economic factors; the low factor and lack of interest of the child to continue school; factor of lack of awareness and attention of parents; the absence of school infrastructure, and cultural factors.
