Karena dengan adanya penanggulangan ini tidak semua kemiskinan dapat ditanggulangi. Kegunaan penelitian ini diharapkan agar dapat memberi sumbangsih Kepada Desa Pawenang, supaya pemerintah daerah lebih memperhatikan masyarakat miskin di Desa Pawenang. Dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat adanya program tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Desa dan masyarakat. Data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan dianalisis dengan tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini yang melandasi penyebab kemiskinan pada masyarakat di Desa Pawenang yaitu di karenakan faktor kebutuhan hidup keluarga yang tidak seimbang dengan penghasilan, dan juga diakibatkan karena ketidakmerataan sumberdaya. Dan dalam hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mendukung Program Beres Perelek di Desa Pawenang yaitu respon masyarakat yang antusias. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which describes the traditional ceremony of Labuh Saji. The data obtained are in the form of observational data, interviews, and document studies. To analyze the data that will be collected, the writer will do it using data unitization, data categorization, and data interpretation. To test the validity of the data was carried out by extending participation, persistence in making observations, adequacy of references, case studies, and detailed descriptions. From the research results, it was concluded that the people of Palabuhanratu Village are still firm in upholding the traditions of their ancestors and preserving local cultural wisdom, such as carrying out the traditional Labuh saji ceremony. As for the concept of the ceremony, first, determine the place of implementation, then prepare the necessary equipment. The implementation process begins with various remarks from the committee and government officials. The community makes social contact, resulting in social interaction, and this ceremony is a medium of friendship between the local community. Salah satu komunitas yang berdiri semenjak boomingnya film tersebut adalah Komunitas Pendaki Gunung Bandung. Komunitas yang didirikan oleh Deni Christanto dan M. Eka Sujana pada tahun 2014 merupakan komunitas yang berdiri atas dasar kecintaan akan hobi yang sama dan menjadi wadah bagi para pendaki gunung untuk saling bertukar informasi. Meski pendaki dikenal sebagai sosok yang memiliki solidaritas yang tinggi, namun silih bergantinya anggota pada komunitas menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi KPGB. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis data kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam pada pengurus dan anggota Komunitas Pendaki Gunung Bandung, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dilengkapi dengan data lain seperti referensi buku-buku yang relevan dengan tema penelitian untuk mendukung data-data lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola interaksi Komunitas Pendaki Gunung Bandung dalam meningkatkan perilaku solidaritas ditunjukkan dengan adanya sikap saling peduli, tolong menolong, gotong royong. Sikap tersebut biasanya terjadi pada saat anggota cukup intens bertemu dan berkomunikasi. Selain itu adanya acara pendakian bersamapun terut memberikan kesan secara personal diantara anggota sehingga menimbulkan rasa solidaritas. Ancient manuscripts are a rare type of collection that not everyone, every region, or every library has. Therefore, the existence of a collection of ancient manuscripts needs to be maintained and maintained so that they can be used as a source of information for people who need it. This study aimed to determine preventive and curative ancient manuscript preservation policies and constraints in carrying out ancient manuscript preservation activities at the Pangeran Sumedang Foundation library. While this research tries to examine the preservation of ancient manuscripts, especially the ancient manuscripts of the Waruga Jagat book and the Sumedang chronicle book. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the birth of an ancient manuscript preservation policy, especially the ancient manuscript of Kita Waruga Jagat and the Sumedang Chronicle book, is because these two ancient manuscripts have very important informational and historical values regarding the founding of the Sumedang Larang Kingdom. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the manuscript is hundreds of years old and its condition has started to deteriorate, so it is necessary to carry out preservation activities. This preservation activity is carried out using prevention and repair or through a transfer of media forms. Keberadaan komunitas barak karinding ini berpengaruh terhadap tatanan sosial masyarakat, terutama dalam pelestarian kebudayaan berupa karinding khas Balaraja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang merupakan jenis data kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisa, dan mengungkapkan peristiwa yang terjadi di lapangan. Data dihasilkan berdasarkan pengumpulan data primer dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu dilengkapi juga dengan data sekunder berupa referensi dalam bentuk buku-buku yang relevan dengan tema penelitian untuk mendukung data-data di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, latar belakang terbentuknya Komunitas Bakkar (Barak Karinding) adalah atas dasar kepedulian terhadap seni budaya karinding khas Balaraja yang terletak di daerah kampung Jaha, kecamatan Balaraja. Perilaku sosial dalam melestarikan karinding khas Balaraja yang dikolaborasikan dengan sholawat ini ditunjukkan dengan cara komunitas barak karinding memainkan karinding di dalam acara-acara perayaan hari besar Islam. Perilaku sosial komunitas barak karinding dalam mengajak masyarakat agar melestarikan karinding khas Balaraja yang dikolaborasikan dengan sholawat, dilakukan dengan cara obrolan santai ketika sedang berkumpul dengan masyarakat kami selalu membahas tentang budaya yang dimiliki Kp. Jaha. In addition, this research aims to find out what programs and things can encourage and hinder the welfare of neglected children. This study uses a qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained from various sources: observation, interviews, and literature studies. While the types of data obtained are primary data and secondary data. Studies and literature use concepts and theories related to research. From the results of this study, the authors found that the Mutiara Bani Solihin Orphanage has an essential role in the welfare of neglected children. Orphanages try to replace the position of parents who have to educate and raise their children. The orphanage carries out various programs and regulations for the welfare of the foster children, such as formal and non-formal education. Several factors encourage orphanages to prosper foster children there, namely the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure, the support of the local community, and caregivers with high social spirits. The factor that hinders the welfare process for foster children there is the unclear administration of children. The purpose of this study was to describe the extent of the role of painting culture in the economy of the people of Kampung Giri Harja, Jelekong Village, Baleendah District, Bandung Regency. So it is useful to provide important information about the existence of Kampung Giri Harja, Jelekong Village, Bandung Regency, namely that besides being a center for cultural studies it can also make painting a source of economic income and employment for the Jelekong people and regional income. The research method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach—data collection, observation, interviews, and literature studies. The subject of this research is the arts village and its people. The results of the study show that the culture of painting in Giri Harja Village, Jelekong Village, Baleendah District, Bandung Regency can provide community welfare and a source of employment for the community around Giri Harja and migrants who enter Giri Harja Village. This is evidenced by the sufficient income earned by gallery owners, craftsmen and other artists. The pattern of maintenance of Reak art creations has changed, as well as changes in lifestyle, increased activity, and ignorance have caused the community to have different perceptions of the staging of Reak art creations. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. Where data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews with community leaders in Bumi Langgeng housing with the technique of determining informants through purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, the method of taking information was based on informants who knew Reak artistic creations and community leaders in Bumi Langgeng Housing. The research results show that along with the times, Reak art creations in Cimekar Village have started to experience obstacles in their development. In addition, there are two different perceptions of the staging of Reak art creations, namely negative and positive perceptions.
