The SPICE simulation results obtained by employing 16 nm CMOS process at 0.7 VDD indicates that 22-T-HFA with a power & delay of 1.23 µW & 15.84 Ps is best suitable for making high performance booth multipliers compared to 26-T-BFA (Power: 1.36 µW & Delay: 48.9 pS), 28-T-CMOSFA (Power: 0.65 µW & Delay: 42.28 pS), 26-T-HFA (Power: 0.94 µW & Delay: 33.53 pS) and 22-T-TFA (Power: 1.23 µW & Delay: 20.35 pS). Moreover, the thermal drift of speed and power of rail-to-rail voltage swing adders have been systematically investigated by sweeping the temperature from 303K to 383K. High speed rail-to-rail voltage swing adders based booth multipliers have emerged as a key component in the realization of MAC (multiply-accumulate) operations in future CNN computations based hardware platforms.","PeriodicalId":152207,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE International Conference on Nanoelectronics, Nanophotonics, Nanomaterials, Nanobioscience & Nanotechnology (5NANO)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116000495","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Analytical expressions are obtained that describe the dependence of the damping constant on the parameters of the shell. According to the considered model, the surface damping constant depends non-monotonically on the thickness of the metal shell and makes the largest contribution to the width of the resonance line at values of the shell thickness of the order of several nanometers, turning to zero as the thickness tends to zero. This dependence is consistent with the known results of numerical simulations based on the density functional theory.","PeriodicalId":152207,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE International Conference on Nanoelectronics, Nanophotonics, Nanomaterials, Nanobioscience & Nanotechnology (5NANO)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114394008","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The infrared radiations are transmitted and received by IRLEDs and phototransistor respectively. This paper emphasizes the way by which music is generated and driven by IR rays. Using the circuit one can play songs from his/her iPod, mobile or computer to an external speaker without having to connect them directly through an AUX cable. The circuit comes with many limitations and there are better ways like Bluetooth to play songs wirelessly. The melody produced is heard through the receiver’s loudspeaker. For maximum sound transmission the IRLEDs should be oriented towards IR phototransistor. It can be used in wireless music systems, mobile gadgets and CCTV cameras. Infrared communication is the main mode of short distance communication and has been widely used for point-to-point data transmission.","PeriodicalId":152207,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE International Conference on Nanoelectronics, Nanophotonics, Nanomaterials, Nanobioscience & Nanotechnology (5NANO)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133664695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Shift registers are commonly used electronic devices for data storage and transmission. The performance of a shift register depends on its internal circuitry that include type of technological node, design architecture and operating power levels. The present study focuses on the design and development of 4-bit parallel in parallel out (PIPO) shift register using retentive true single phase clocked (TSPC) D flip-flop. The manuscript initially demonstrates the performance of retentive true single phase clocked D flip-flop, that makes up the proposed 4-bit PIPO shift register using 16nm technological node yielding a minimum power consumption level 0.75μW at an operational voltage of 0.8V. The power consumption of the individual TSPC D flip-flop is analyzed by varying operating voltages from 0.7V to 1.2V and its results are presented. Lastly, the 4-bit PIPO shift register is designed using TSPC flip-flop and its operation and performance is discussed. The designed 4-bit PIPO shift register can be operated below 1V operating voltage to yield minimal power consumption of around 2μW. The proposed 4-bit PIPO shift register can be possibly implemented in low power energy-efficient data handling electronic devices, which has the true potential to match current industry needs.","PeriodicalId":152207,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE International Conference on Nanoelectronics, Nanophotonics, Nanomaterials, Nanobioscience & Nanotechnology (5NANO)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114553725","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
