After analyzing the model of reactive power optimization in regional power grids and the mechanism of particle swarm algorithm, this paper has proposed an improved discrete PSO algorithm with dynamic parameters and a diversion strategy to solve ORP problem in regional power networks. Both the transceiver-to relay channels are assumed to have norm-bounded channel estimation errors. The worst case of the problem in a norm defined error set is optimized to guarantee the performance of the actual case. The resultant beam forming problem minimizes the worst-case total relay transmit power subject to the constraints of quality of service (QoS) of both receivers. We show that the robust beam forming problem can be formulated to a second-order-cone programming (SOCP) problem and can be solved efficiently using interior point method. And the edge detection for extracting the target contour is used convenient for detecting the shape of moving target and location, and then moving target recognition is realized. Based on a singular piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii function combined with S-procedure and some matrix inequality convexifying techniques, the H-infinity stabilization condition is established and the closed-loop system is investigated. And meanwhile, the model predictive controller is well estimated and designed that will move the PWA system with time delay from the current operating point to the desired one. Under energy bounded disturbance, the input saturation disturbance tolerance condition is proposed, then, the constrained state of the time-delay singular piecewise-affine systems is solved by a family of LMIs parameterized by one or two scalar variables. When the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature, controller can automatically disconnect the power supply electric heater.
