This paper describes how the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model can be applied to a road transport management system and demonstrates the design and implementation of the RBAC model in detail. In addition, a time limit and trust degree decreasing delegate authorization model is also proposed in order to give support to task allocation in the domain of time and to enhance the efficiency of cooperation between different departments and extraction of data. This design enables the system to be secure, reliable and convenient in daily use and it has been running stably and effectively for some time. Then the data processing and storage was realized by the short distance wireless unit through the USB connection to the laptop. In the process of field test and data analysis, the least mean square algorithm was applied to process acquired data. In order to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of recognition algorithm, we need to evaluate the quality of iris images. Five indexes are used to evaluate the iris images. These indexes are eyelid occlusion, living, definition, eyelashes occlusion and cosmetic contact lenses respectively. In this way, the poor quality of images will be removed, and the rest of images will be located and segmented. Experiment results show that the proposed method can accurately eliminate the poor quality of images. This result is consistent with the subjective evaluation. After image quality evaluation, the iris images will be located and segmented accurately. Concrete steps of this method and related matters that should be noticed are presented. BP network is trained by LM algorithm and RBF network increases radial basis neurons automatically. The simulation results of PUMA560 show that this algorithm is simple and reliable, making the error of the whole system become smaller. For the correction factor method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry can't effectively remove the interference of nitrite, this paper proposes a dual wavelength of K ratio spectrophotometry to detect nitrate nitrogen in soil in order to effectively eliminate the interference of the nitrite. The spectrum scanning was made for soil extract obtained by saturated calcium sulfate solution, selecting 205 nm and 230 nm as measuring wavelength and reference wavelength, to determine the coefficient K. Furthermore, the linear regression equation of standard curve on the relationship between concentrations of nitrate nitrogen and the corrected absorbance could be derived by regression analysis. Therefore, the quantitative model of nitrate nitrogen was established using dual-wavelength of K ratio spectrophotometry. To quickly and effectively detect ARP spoofing, this paper proposes a WinP cap based detection system of ARP spoofing. Using Win Pcap driver development monitoring software, implements ARP packets capture and analysis in a switched network inspection system. But It is difficult to construct a scientific and rational Bayesian Network model in practice application. In order to solve this problem, a novel method for constructing Bayesian Network by integrating Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) was proposed. Firstly, the structure matrix representations of FMEA, FTA and Bayesian Network were shown and a structure matrix integration algorithm was explained. Then, an approach for constructing Bayesian Network by obtaining information on node, structure and parameter from FMEA and FTA based on structure matrix was put forward. Finally, in order to verify the feasibility of the method, an illustrative example was given.
