摘要

以Pt100等RTD传感器为前端采集元件,以STC12C5A60S2微处理器为核心控制器,在现场模块中建立温度采集、LED显示和nRF24L01变送器。然后通过USB连接到笔记本电脑上,通过短距离无线单元实现数据处理和存储。在现场试验和数据分析过程中,采用最小均方算法对采集数据进行处理。结果表明,当铂电阻电路放大倍率为35倍时,温度采集值呈现最佳的线性关系和较小的滞后。
