This research method is qualitative that uses the field of literature review. Data collection is done by collecting the source of articles in the form of journals and previous proceedings as many as 13 selected articles that are relevant. However, the manager is still responsible for managing it in accordance with normal healthy business practices (uruf). In the DSN-MUI review of the implementation of the muthlaqoh mudhorobah contract on the savings from the prime hijrah, the researchers analyzed that it was appropriate. Because based on the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding justified savings are savings based on mudhorobah and wadi'ah principles, while unjustified savings are savings based on interest calculations. research using qualitative research methods that use descriptive analysis. The research uses primary and secondary data sources.The results of this study indicate that the role of customer service is very important in the world of banking and the service strategy of a customer service has been very good in increasing customer loyalty at BRI Syariah Syariah Banyuwangi Branch Office.Based on the results of the study, the conclusion of this study is the role of customer service in increasing the loyalty of saver customers is very important, this is indicated by the results of interviews that researchers have done that is the majority of their satisfaction and makes them loyal to the BRI Syariah Bank Genteng Branch Office. The data analysis tool used is the IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results show the distribution strategies used by BMT in exploiting the strengths of the opportunities that have been identified: BMT optimizes employee performance to keep up with the ever-increasing population, maintains the good name of the cooperative to attract sympathy for prospective members, strengthens the good name of BMT in the community by implementing the sharia system and performs a direct approach with the middle to lower society in particular. In minimizing weaknesses in order to take advantage of opportunities: increase the frequency of training for human resource supplies, improve technology-based facilities and continue to actively publish products on various media. In using strength to overcome threats: BMT develops and adapts marketing models, creates more attractive product variation styles and maintains the characteristics of sharia-based products.
