The calculation method is based on the criterion adopted in radio control lines. According to the proposed technique, calculation shows that potential noise immunity with element-by-element signal processing is achieved with coherent reception of the FT signal under conditions of an unlimited increase in the code width, therefore, the frequency band occupied by the signal is expands indefinitely. In this case processing a binary signal in toto is realized by transferring the clipper from the video channel to the input signal receiving circuit. The transition from element-by-element signal processing to processing it in toto accompanied by an increase in the maximum possible value of the noise immunity coefficient by a factor of / 2 . Such an effect, in comparison with the circuit of the model of the radio control line with element-by-element processing of the FT signal, is achieved due to the transfer of the clipper, which plays the role of a decisive element in the circuit when receiving a symbol, into the input circuit. As a result, a filter-clipper-filter system is formed together with bandpass F1 and F2 filters. Therein F1 filter is still tuned to the frequency of the FT signal and matched to its symbol, and the passband of F2 is much higher than the bandwidth of the matched filter so that only the first harmonic of the signal spectrum is isolated without distortion practically. In this case, the clipper (O) ensures that the probability of false reception Pl is independent of the level of input noise, and at the s-n ratio q≤1 the clipper behaves like a linear device, while it is a classical nonlinear device when it is operating in the video signal channel (fig. 2) where there is signal suppression by interference which leads to a certain decrease in the potential radio link noise immunity during signal processing in element-by-element type.","PeriodicalId":151965,"journal":{"name":"Achievements of Modern Radioelectronics","volume":"158 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121392733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, their practical implementation causes difficulties associated with the topological features of the structure, which, in turn, leads to a deterioration in frequency characteristics. In this regard, a numerical analysis of inhomogeneities in a class II structure with a stub and an assessment of their influence on the frequency characteristics of fixed phase shifters is required. In this work, circuitry and electrodynamic modeling of class II structure elements has been carried out, which showed that the greatest parasitic effect on the frequency characteristics of the phase shifter has a nonzero coupling coefficient of single transmission lines and an inhomogeneity localized at the junction of the short-circuited stub and the output arms of the associated transmission lines. A fixed phase shifter with a phase-shifting channel based on a smoothly stepped structure with a stub has been developed. The presented results of the study of fixed phase shifters based on microstrip coupled transmission lines of class II with a stub can be useful to scientific and technical workers engaged in the development of functional devices for the phase shift of microwave signals.","PeriodicalId":151965,"journal":{"name":"Achievements of Modern Radioelectronics","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114913401","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We analyze mutual statistical characteristics of broadband signals in a two-channel direction finder. Based on the method of canonical decomposition in complex form, we show the cross-correlation function of processes at the outputs of direction finder antennas when operating on a localized signal source against the background of interference distributed in space. For invariance of performance characteristics, we consider the application of sign transformation to signals and analyze the dependence of a cross-correlation function of the input signals after the sign transformation at different signal-to-noise ratios. We show the formation of a directivity pattern in a correlation direction finder with signal-to-noise ratio more than 1. For direction-finding of localized signal source, we substantiated a regression algorithm with discrete-analog signal processing, where sign processing based on standard digital hardware components is used. The invariance of the algorithm to supply voltage is shown by representing Boolean functions as expressions of conjunction, disjunction, and negation. The regression algorithm is substantiated in the time domain. We obtain the expressions for mean and variance of the calculated statistics for direction-finding of localized signal source against the background of interference distributed in space. We show the possibility of formation of a directivity pattern with completely suppressed side lobes. The algorithm functions at signalto-noise ratios up to 1. The algorithms can be used in passive acoustic and hydroacoustic direction finders, as well as direction finders with ultra-wideband signals with computer-based signal processing.","PeriodicalId":151965,"journal":{"name":"Achievements of Modern Radioelectronics","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121571315","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Detection of interference, as well as targets, in the radar is provided in the main (total) channel based on the analysis of the rangefinder-Doppler portrait of the received signal. The main disadvantage of such a detector is that the interference coming along the side lobes of the sum antenna and falling into the dip of the antenna radiation pattern may not be detected. Therefore, the problem arises of developing and analyzing algorithms for detecting interference in a radar with several receiving channels. The article discusses the logical, energy, correlation and eigenvalues of the cross-correlation matrix of the received signals interference detectors for two receiving channels. Their characteristics are given. It is shown that two-channel interference detectors based on the analysis of the eigenvalues of the cross-correlation matrix have the highest efficiency. Energy and logical algorithms are quite a bit inferior to them. The developed algorithms make it possible to effectively detect radio emission sources even when they are in the dip of one of the antenna patterns.","PeriodicalId":151965,"journal":{"name":"Achievements of Modern Radioelectronics","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126790115","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The maximum efficiency of the RPC without additional mechanisms to reduce the dynamic energy losses in the power semiconductor keys (PSK) during their commutation is about 92%. Improved efficiency is achieved by providing «soft switching» of the transistors RPC, i.e. in zero current/voltage switching. These methods require the introduction of supporting links in the RPC, which have a negative impact on the performance of reversible buck/boost pulse converter. Due to the increase in the number of components, this leads to degradation of mass-size characteristics of the product and decrease in its reliability. New RPC transistors control algorithm RPC provides an opportunity to use transistors at zero voltage without additional elements. Because of the relative novelty of this technical solution, the energy exchange processes in the reactive elements of power semiconductor devices (PSD) are poorly studied. By reason of insufficient studying of power exchange processes in reactive elements of converter, it seems important to study these processes and use the received results for recommendations about reversible buck/boost pulse converter designing. As a result of research it was found out that the recuperation of energy stored in parasitic capacitance of drain-source transistors acting as PSD. At designing of RPC the account of the revealed phenomenon of energy, recovery will allow additionally to raise its efficiency at the expense of decrease in losses of energy on PSK in shutdown state. For this purpose, it is necessary to use transistors with high value of parasitic capacitance of drain-source or include additional capacitors in parallel with PSK.","PeriodicalId":151965,"journal":{"name":"Achievements of Modern Radioelectronics","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114483367","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
