Evaluating methods for effectiveness of solving radio technical reconnaissance and aircraft destruction of targets tasks","authors":"D. Modern UAVs, used both separately and as part of the group, can carry several target loads on board at the same time, built on various physical principles: multifunctional optoelectronic system, digital aerial photography system, on-board radar station, radio and radio reconnaissance system, communication system for transmitting data from target loads (sensors) to a mobile device (for example, a tablet) to a remote subscriber, etc. At the same time, the issue of determining the evaluation of the effectiveness of solving both individual target tasks of UAVs and finding an integral assessment of the effectiveness of using aircraft systems with UAVs when solving a set of target tasks (sequentially or sequentially-in parallel in time), taking into account their priority and a number of other factors, remains practically unlit. The scientific and technical article consists structurally of three parts and is devoted to the consideration of the issues of finding an integral assessment of the effectiveness of the use of aviation systems with unmanned aerial vehicles. In the first part of article [1], a scientific and methodological approach has been developed to determine estimates of the effectiveness of solving private target problems of radio communication and remote monitoring (by optical and radar means) by a complex with UAVs. The second part of the article presents a mathematical apparatus for assessing the effectiveness of solving problems of conducting radio-technical reconnaissance and aircraft destruction of targets. As a criterion for the effectiveness of solving all private target problems, a universal indicator of the probability of solving them has been adopted, which will ultimately allow for convolution and determine an integral assessment of the effectiveness of solving a whole set of target problems. The methodological apparatus developed in the article is universal and invariant to the input parameters, that is, the number of solved target problems, the stage of operation of the complex with UAVs, and can be easily adapted to the new conditions for the use of other complexes with UAVs. Within the framework of this approach, a mathematical apparatus for functional dependence of probabilities of solving particular target problems with design parameters of target loads in the UAV has been developed, taking into account the peculiarities of its functioning and in the conditions of existing restrictions and assumptions. The scientific and methodological approach allows already at the stage of formation of the tactical and technical task for the complex with UAVs to obtain quantitative estimates of the probabilities of solving private target tasks using the technical backlog of industrial enterprises for key com","PeriodicalId":151965,"journal":{"name":"Achievements of Modern Radioelectronics","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126225288","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The physical meaning of this approach is that of all the alternatives, one is chosen, conditionally the main one, for which a state model is formed. The remaining participants in the general synthesis procedure are considered as a set of perturbations acting on this model. Accordingly, in the quality functional used, the terms that ensure the minimization of these perturbations should be taken into account in the form of an additional linear combination of quadratic forms. Management that minimizes such functionality, to one degree or another, will be jointly the best for the entire set of requirements. The choice of the local optimization option is based on the desire to avoid the need to solve a very computationally expensive twopoint boundary value problem, which is characteristic of the optimization procedures of systems for the entire time of operation, and to ensure invariance to the time of operation. The analysis of the obtained control law allows us to formulate the following conclusions. The control contains two terms, one of which implements the main purpose of the system, providing an approximation of the real state to the required one, and the second takes into account the influence of alternative requirements. The optimized system should include optimal filters that form estimates of the necessary state coordinates, and a controller that forms a control signal. The obtained result indicates that it is possible to optimize management within the framework of solving a multicriteria task (MCT) without solving a complex two-point boundary value problem. If necessary, you can choose another version of the main model with a different set of auxiliary tasks and the corresponding functionality as the main task, with a different control option. In the process of comparing the obtained control options, you can choose the best solution to the general optimization problem. Considered as an example, the law of controlling a group of three initially geographically separated and moving in different directions unmanned aerial vehicles used for radar monitoring of large areas of the earth (water) surface, which at the same time should provide the collection of the group, the required trajectory of its flight and the required topology of participants implementing a given control band, confirmed the possibility of solving the MCT based on STOC.","PeriodicalId":151965,"journal":{"name":"Achievements of Modern Radioelectronics","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129807908","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The prospects for the development of AANS in the indicated directions are determined. The aim of the article is to develop a concept for the construction of advanced integrated interactive aviation sighting and navigation systems. Integrated interactive AANS operate under conditions of a priori uncertainty and in the process of functioning automatically adapt to unforeseen changes in the structure and properties of AANS and the external environment. The integrated interactive AANS provides for operational adaptation to changing the composition of information sources, as well as ensuring the unification of algorithmic support for both various tasks solved by the AANS, and different classes of AANS installed on various types of aircraft (AC). This is a fertile ground for building highly reliable AANS that provide the required aiming accuracy. A holistic concept has been developed for the construction of advanced integrated interactive aviation sighting and navigation systems. The proposed concept is a set of interrelated principles based on the methodology of system analysis and synthesis, modern achievements in the field of aviation science, engineering, technology, including: new principles of AANS integration, based on integration not only at the level of onboard equipment and algorithms, but also at the level control tasks for aircraft and weapons as a single purposeful multi-stage dynamic system with a variable structure; new principles of building integrated interactive AANS, implementing the concept of optimal automation; new principles for organizing the use of AANS, based on the optimal choice of weapons in an attack and the distribution of combat functions between the aircraft and weapons; new principles for constructing a unified algorithmic support for AANS, based on the use of methods of the theory of multistage dynamical systems, the theory of systems with a random structure, observation control methods, methods of statistical analysis and synthesis of algorithms for optimal control and filtering, taking into account the errors of their implementation in the BCVS; new principles for determining the structure of the computing system and organizing the solution of problems based on the optimal planning of the computing process in multiprocessor BCVS; new principles of building a human-machine interface based on a rational combination of natural and artificial intelligence; new principles of ensuring the reliability and survivability of systems based on methods for constructing fault-tolerant algorithms, optimal control of the state of the system and its dynamic reconfiguration; new principles of forming the appearance of the AANS, based on the optimization of its stru","PeriodicalId":151965,"journal":{"name":"Achievements of Modern Radioelectronics","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115049812","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
