Type II fuzzy theory approximates the nonlinear dynamical systems with non-Gaussian stochastic outputs, disturbance and singular matrices under the harsh environments. An estimation observer with fuzzy and bionic adaptive laws is proposed to accurately estimate the different amplitudes of actuator faults. Where the bionic variable parameter algorithm that mimics animal predation behavior improves the sensitivity of observer to the incipient intermittent faults. However, with the increase of antennas, the channel matrix dimension is getting higher and higher, and the channel situation is more complicated, which puts forward higher requirements for channel estimation algorithm. In this paper, we have studied two pilot-based channel estimation algorithms: LS and MMES algorithm. We have applied these two channel estimation algorithms to OFDM systems and analyzed their results respectively. Our simulation results show that the performance of MMSE channel estimation is better than LS channel estimation, but its computational complexity is higher than LS channel estimation. However, most works adopt fully-supervised learning, which heavily rely on a large amount of labeled training data. And collecting labeled samples is quite time consuming. To address this problem, we present a semi-supervised framework for person re-id. The key point in this work is to estimate the label of unlabeled data, thus a multi-view and multi-information clustering (MVMIC) method is proposed. First, multi-view feature representation is obtained by two Convolutional Neural Networks, then KNN graphs can be constructed by the feature representation. Finally, multi-information is collected from the KNN graphs to select positive pairs and clustering will be achieving. In this paper, an improved YOLOv3 target detection algorithm is proposed for the problem that the traditional target detection method is insufficient for airport detection under complex conditions. Firstly, the remote sensing image data set of complex background, multi-scale target, multi-objective, multi-category and different perspectives are constructed independently, which lays a foundation for the training of the model. Then the YOLv3 algorithm is improved for the target characteristics in the data set, so that The model can extract more deep-separated features of the target and play a better training effect. Finally, the effectiveness and significance of the algorithm are verified by comparison with other algorithms. In general, the spacecraft surface low charge potential sensitive area of the electric field is weak, and electron energy is lower than the ionization energy of molecules, atoms, collision ionization probability is low, when the strong electromagnetic field action, stimulate low-pressure gas to produce dense plasma, thereby reducing the discharge threshold and induce the generation of electrostatic charge discharge. The establishment of testing method for electrostatic discharge induced by strong electromagnetic field is the premise of research on law and protection method of electrostatic discharge induced by strong electromagnetic field. The target weighing system readability is very sensitive, at 0.1 mg, which requires every step of making this weighing device minimizes the error. On the basis of high-order cumulants, combined with peak feature of FFT spectrum and instantaneous signal feature, this paper proposed a new method for digital modulation recognition based on mixed signal features, which took advantage of classical decision-tree classifier. Finally, through computer simulation, the reliability and effectiveness of the method are proved. In this paper, we export the signals received by the matrix array to the virtual domain, forming an equivalent uniform array of array element expansion on the virtual domain. Therefore, the number of array elements actually receiving signals is larger than the number of array elements of the coprime array. Increases the freedom of the system while reducing the cost of the antenna.
